New Avon Apartments is an exceptional 11 Storey building with deluxe serviced apartments that focuses on providing supreme elegance, luxury and comfort all at an affordable price; it is 'your home away from home.' These luxury Serviced Apartments are fully furnished and come as a Studio, 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom. Situated in the city centre, New Avon Apartments has easy access to many restaurants, supermarkets and hospitals.

It is clean and you really have everything you need furniturewise. Also, a washing machine and hangers are provided and the drying area in front of the window is designed so neither clothes can get lost nor insects can come in. The mattresses could be a bit softer really, but all in all it is a very comfortable apartment hotel – one of the nicest places we stayed at in TZ. A generator in case of power failure is available and the "hot water" really is hot, which cannot be taken for granted in TZ. In New Avon it all works perfectly fine. In addition to good security including CCTV on all hallways, every room is equipped with a safe to store your valuables. The icing on the cake: The rooftop terrace! Osman and the other staff members really walk every extra mile to help you with whatever you need.

The building has breathtaking views from every apartment and boasts a host of amenities including in house gyms, two large swimming pools, a children's play area , a spa, access to the office business center and a 24/7 security and maintenance center. In addition the apartments has an in-house laundry service and offers it guests food delivery from multiple restaurants in Dar to ensure scrumptious meals are available always available.

Great place to stay for business trips
Reviewed By IrynO2I stayed at the place for 5days. The rooms are spacious n clean with modern fittings. Its close to the beach and other social amenities their food is amazing. Plus their staff are quite helpful especially 'Dorah'.?

Reviewed By ZywroМы забронировали 2 комнатный номер с 1 по 6 января 2020 года за 360 долларов.Встретивший менеджер привёл нас в 3 комнатный, сказал, что других нет,отель заполнен,а этот специально для нас (они решили, что нам здесь будет лучше),только надо 600 долларов, а не 360. Наше предложение закрыть одну комнату встретило отказ. Представляете наше положение: позади много часов дороги из Ярославля, на руках 3 детей, куча багажа, время 2 часа ночи неизвестно где... Мы заселились хотя бы чтоб вымыться, перекусить и утром попробовать обсудить вопрос с начальством. Но утром было 1 янв.,пришлось ждать 2... А 2 января начальство подтвердило, что хочет 600 долл.и 30 за трансфер(за сопоставимое путь в порт из этого же отеля мы отдали водителю "убера" 4 Долл.). Тогда мы заявили, что не будем оставаться, пусть делают, что хотят(они отменили бронирование), пусть подавятся этими 270 Долл ,(за2 суток+танс) и утром уехали. Отель на 1 линии, но купаться на этом пляже вы не будете: такой чудовищной помойки нет даже на рыбном рынке. Если есть ещё вопросы -звоните тф +79023303955, меня зовут Арсений, г.Ярославль.
