ANAと違う請求額
Reviewed By Inspire34395579904最初到着したらANAのGo to トラベルの料金とは、違う金額を請求されました。キャンペーン金額無視の通常金額。その上、クーポンまで付いてるのに....何がいいたいのか分かりませんが。10分くらい問答みたいな時間。帰りの日に結局、スタッフが誰も把握してなかったようで謝られましたが、 通常なら、「手前共の認識不足で申し訳ありませんが再度確認してお客様にご連絡差し上げます」という返事があってもいいのに、「確認して、連絡しますね。多分アプリの金額であってると思いますよ！」確認の連絡がくるまで全然旅行が楽しめず、とても不愉快でした。その上、私のANAのアプリの詳細を見せるはめに。。部屋の窓が開かず、空気清浄機があったが埃が舞っていました。ただ、新しいだけで、エレベーター降りて外に出るまでにフロントの目の前を通って外に出なきゃいけないので、距離が近すぎるのも私は嫌でした。
