The club itself is located in a beautiful and picturesque corner of the Bardejovske Kupele, its rooms are comfortably furnished and have everything you need for a good rest and relax. Pleasantly surprised by the attention of the owners to the details in the interior, which gives a more complete sense of comfort. Special thanks to the owner of the club Slava for his care and hospitality. All our requests were understood and resolved as soon as possible. Without exaggeration, we can say that the level of service in Zora is currently the best in the Kupele. Those who wish to relax and improve the health in the Bardejovske Kupele we highly recommend to stay at the apart-club Zora and enjoy its comfort and hospitality.

A decent place for B’n’B
Reviewed By trespasser2We were four adults looking for a decent place to stay in Bardejovske Kupele for a week. Our friend advised us to check this hotel, so we booked two rooms and never regretted. First of all, the room rate was rather modest. Secondly, we were getting the maximum value out of it, including a separate shower room, fridge and adjacent balcony with a view. Thirdly, most importantly, the hotel staff were helpful in many ways, speaking in Slovak/Czech as well as in Russian/Ukrainian. On one occasion, the penzion mistress Svitlana saved our day by giving us a ride to catch up the bus departing for Presov. And lastly, the breakfast served in the morning is top class both in terms of freshness and variety of products. Besides, the hotel cafeteria is open 24/7 offering unlimited access to hot water and tea (: When passing by, will stop here again!

Not My Favorite
Reviewed By AlvinZugBardejovske Kupele is a "spa" resort with many different pensions (boarding houses) and hotels. The resort itself has nice areas, as well as some areas that desperately need an overhaul as they seem to come straight from the old days. Kolibrik is a small pension with several rooms, a small room for guests to eat and a small dark and not too clean kitchen where you can make a coffee, tea or warm something up. The rooms are fairly modern, fairly clean and well equipped. Our room sadly was on the ground floor and in front of our room windows the owner had setup a public (for all guests) outside terrace, which made our room kind of an extension of that. It was quite hot and so with the windows open (no airco) we wanting to sleep and the terrace outside full....it wasn't the best experience, and no privacy. Overall the place seemed to lack in "guest care", little language capability, the person running the place sitting in front of our window early morning making phone calls on hands-free, no greeting or anything when you saw staff - it felt almost uncomfortable to saty there. Car park was also a topic - there is a small car park in front of which the main part is taking by cars that belong to the owner and acquaintances (they use it to repair cars it seems). The rest is left to park without any organization, so you risk being blocked in by others. We usually had to find another place (very few there, you cant park anywhere in the resort, only at an unguarded parking in front) - overall not high on my list of favorites
