The location of this restaurant is fantastic. Very rustic in the middle of the mountains. The food was excellent, fresh, well prepared, tasty and abundant. The service, however, was really, really slow! The server and the owner were incredibly nice and friendly, but I believe that they were understaffed. The price for the tasting menu was incredible, only 35euros per persons for a feast. I will go back one more time hoping that the service will be faster.

The place is nicely located on the marina. Yet there is no written menu, and the menu is whispered by a waiter that came across slightly rude when asked to repeat. The gourmet pizza is not a pizza and we were not told in advance about it. The base of the pizza is very heavy and I had stomach problems for the rest of the day.Cherry on top, the bill was unexpectedly high for a "street food" place. We ended up paying roughly â¬30 each for a terrible pizza...

We came during the week to have dinner in Stella di Gallura, enjoying the views of the sunset and tasting very typical food perfectly prepared. This Restaurant is a Must See when you are at the Costa Smeralda. Away from all Tourist Locations it is a fantastic experience somewhere deep in a green area. The place is beautiful and perfect for Families and also friends and Singles! We went there the second time and we will come again and again, always when we travel to Costa Smeralda! If given the choice again we wouldn't bother, a warm welcome upon arrival with the waiter helping us out through the menu as our Italian isn't the best. The food came up pretty quickly but as for the flavours we were both disappointed. For the price that we paid we could have managed to get something far superior in this area, a real shame as it could be so much better.
