Discover an aviation history full of valour and tradition through a wide variety of exhibits, interactive activities and displays, including the fully restored World War II Halifax Bomber (the only one of its kind in the world!). Our 16-acre Airpark features both historic and active aircraft on view for an up-close and personal aviation experience. Have been several times and learned something every time. Veterans conduct fascinating tours and relive their experiences and vast knowledge of these legendary artifacts. Original models of over 40 aircraft are on display both inside and outside the air park. A great outing and a real gem in our own backyard.

Good amenities - huge covered picnic area. Children’s play equipment. Good band shell. Terrific walkway with benches overlooking the Bay of Quinte and Prince Edward County. Lots of parking. An enclosed dog area. And in the summer a great splash pad. Several soccer fields. Lots of open space with trees and grass
