Great value for size of room but very dated
Reviewed By Familyof72022Rooms in bad need of updates Staff and breakfast amazing. Could also be cleaner. Table had something sticky on it. Mattresses in pull out couches stained. Very quiet location. Amazing size for price of room.

Reviewed By Don437The hotel was in need of a refresh, but it was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly. Price was typical for that level of hotel. I liked being having access to our vehicle through patio doors that opened onto the parking lot. Hotel is just off of the highway near several fast food restaurants, but it wasn’t noisy. I would stay there again.

Quick Description This is a water front Motel. Bayside Motel is a 3 minute drive from the Canadian Air force Museum, and an even quicker drive away from the Canadian Air Force Base Entrance. We are located only a few minutes away from the Bay of Quinte Golf and Country Club and the Bayview Golf Centre. Occasions by the Bay is less then 5 minutes away. Only 20 minute drive from the Prince Edward County Wine region. There are Barque facilities that are available. Along with fax and photocopying services, and a 24-hour reception. The property touches the Trent river, so it is great for people who love fishing, There are ground hogs, bunnies, and birds (like the great blue heron). That are constantly on the property and are great to see. Important Information Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may include additional charges.
A quiet motel in a quiet area
Reviewed By Eugène LA small quiet motel in a quiet area. There is an access to a waterfront, and some guests were even fishing. Rooms are reasonably comfortable. There is at least one restaurant in a walking distance (Chef Eagle Bar & Grill). Personally, I would recommend this place.

Reviewed By jevans972145Bathroom toilet in our room leaked as well as the one above us (my husband had toilet water from the bathroom above us leak onto him when he was on the toilet). Most breakfast items were gone by 9 am!

Reviewed By punkybeckerI really was grossed out at this place. Bedding was stained. Smelt like urine in the bathroom. Towels are yellow nit white. Flooring I felt safer wearing steel toe boots. Drama in the hallways early . Couples screaming on relationship issues. Half naked girl screaming outside in the morning.... OMG never again I feel safer in the 3rd world countries I have been to

A bunch of scam artists looking to take your money
Reviewed By U4956LMrobertdWas looking for a pet friendly place for my daughter and her fiancee. They offered me a week to week rate, which worked well for them. I asked if they were pet friendly and they said yes but there would be a 200$ deposit. I said perfect. First week went well. The day after I paid 500$ for their 2nd week, they were yelling at my daughter, telling her to get out of the motel, as they are no longer pet friendly. They would give me my money back and they would refund my deposit either.

Nice Ma & Pa Motel
Reviewed By annmarieta78Stayed in room 14. It's an updated room w brand new furnishings. Brand new sofa, mattress, even bathroom fixtures updated! Clean and cozy. Only negative was the pillows being so soft... Could just either use two extra or newer plusher pillows... But honestly can't complain. It's great location for accessibility to base (which is why we are here). Accessible to amenities: food, shops etc. Owners were super helpful and friendly. For the price you pay, it's incredible. We've stayed previously at Motel 6 and Ramada in Trenton and both are in much worse shape and staff nowhere near as personable. :)
