Hike through this magnificently lush rainforest and walk among man-sized ferns and giant trees.
A sky tram slowly gliding through the rainforest with a very knowledgeable guide. Great to get a different perspective up in the tree canopy. The little walk through the small garden after was a nice touch. The guided walk through the forest wasnt too strenuous or long but hot.

It took about 45 mins to walk to where we needed to be to see the birds. Adequate walking shoes/boots required. Hot but shady. We saw Orioles, Peewee, Hummingbirds and St Lucian Parrots and a few other birds.
The reserve encompasses the St. Lucian Rainforest and Mount Gimie, and its breadth is crossed with trails.
