If I cancelled one day ahead it is a different story! Very unfriendly perople and the do not even reply to my request theu booking.com

Reviewed By gjoforteGOOD: - The check-in system! We arrived super late (02h00) from Milan, and we had no worries! On the day before they sent us the code for the outside building door and a code for a lock where we would find our room key. - The room was spacious and with all the necessary amenities. The next morning, we asked for an iron and by the end of the day, it was in our room! - Breakfast! This was one of our concerns because we had read they didn't have much choice! First of all, you must understand that this is a BnB and not a hotel, but still, we were very pleased with the breakfast. Although it is mostly made up of sweets (it would be nice to have some bread) we cannot complain about the variety (milk, yogurt, coffee, fruit, cereals, toast, cakes, jams, etc). - The daily complimentary bottles of water in the fridge are a very nice touch! - Parking. We were able to park for free in the streets around the block from PM to AM, and during the day we would drive to the central train station and park the car there. We used EasyPark app to pay for the street parking, which enabled us to keep track of our parking costs and top up whenever necessary. - Market on the back of the building. BAD: - The curtains. They should definitely find a different system to block the light from entering the room. - Soundproofing. We could hear most of the noise coming from the street.

Reviewed By theraphaxdfirst the few good things: - awesome view in both directions at the mountais and over the city - very big and rooms - quiet AC - mostly the food now the really bad stuff: - very unfriendly staff, we did not feel welcome at all right from check-in - cockroaches in our room - terrible wifi - shower was not working correctly and alternated between ice cold and blazing hot - check-in only possible from 5-7 p.m. since some parts of the restaurant are upstairs aswell there was playing loud music directly next to the rooms until MIDNIGHT, EVEN AFTER WE ASKED THEM IF THEY CAN TURN IT DOWN. even after the music stopped, it was still very loud till way after one in the morning by loud restaurant guests and the staff, who did not show any effort to keep down their noise. The food of the restaurant was okay, in fact the pasta dishes were really delicious. the steak on the other hand was a disappointment and very chewy. The concept of operating a restaurant/ party location till one in the morning directly next to the hotel rooms is deeply flawed. We had to end our stay prematurely after the first night because of the reasons stated above, and when we raised our concerns to the owner, she was unapologetic and refused to listen to our reason. All in all we were very disappointed and regreted our stay deeply. I can not express enough how much I don't recommend this place. DO NOT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

The room is on top of the restaurant and there’s an elevator that only works with a key for residents, so travel light.. is the first floor but with 3 rounds of stairs. Tiny bathroom, spacious room for 4 people: one double bed and 2 single beds, one was not comfortable. Served breakfast on a wood tray, portion for 2 person: 2 croissant, 4 slices of bread, 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of ham, cookies, butter, jam, orange juice, tea or coffee. They also have gluten free breakfast. Try the pizza at the restaurant (also gluten-free option).
