La pizza es excelente, todo hecho en el momento, y con ingredientes de primera calidad, sin duda volverÃa, una pizza grande de 8 pedazos ( en promedio el costo es entre 55.000 y 70.000) el precio me parece excelente!!

We recently went to TGI for a Sunday afternoon meal. You know what your getting with TGI. Standard burgers, variety of starters and nice steaks. WELL that's not what turned up on our table.We ordered two starters for the three of us to share. (Parmesan chicken balls and Loaded potato skins).For mains we got two burgers and (off the starters menu) the Sesame Jack Chicken Strips with a portion of chips. So the food comes, first the potato skins, looking nice, and the Chicken Quesadilla. Hang on, no we didn't order that, so they took them back to replace for the chicken balls. Also arrived to the table were the Sesame Chicken strips and a chips.Then in the same tray of things were our two burgers.We asked the young boy who brought our food why we didn't get our starters as starters and mains separate once we had finished the starters and had a small break. But he was not interested. So we had half of our starters ordered and main courses going cold on our table as we ate the starters.The burgers were OK. No issue there. The chicken strippers were anaemic. Lacking a lot of the sauce that is shown in menu in the picture. My wife asked for them to be properly dressed like in the photo. THEY WERE EVEN MISSING THE SESAME ! ! ! These came back with a little extra sauce on but still anaemic looking and dry. Half way through our meal (15 mins) the chicken balls appeared. We quickly took them off the plate they were on as the water off the salsa was making them soggy. It was poorly presented. I cut into one, and as you do with the things like these, checked it was HOT in the middle. To my surprise IT WAS STILL FROZEN ! ! !So I got up from the table and took the plate to a manager. Put them down and said "these are frozen still!". To which she checked and replied "Would you like me to get some really hot ones made and sent to your table?"WHAT, 'would I like'?, 'really hot ones'?. NOOOOOOOO, there was no "I am really sorry, that's terrible, let me get you a complimentary portion, after all you were wrongly brought your starters in the first place and then we brought you frozen balls."I just shook my head and walked off. You are meant to be TGI, where is your customer care or quality of food standard?We then finished eating and got the bill. The waitress asked if everything was OK, so I gave her an honest reply. She got her manager, who surprisingly agreed with everything I said. Reheated chicken should be cooked to above 65 degrees so as to ensure bacteria is killed and it's safe to eat. These were frozen still. The manageress agreed this wasn't right. We pointed out that surely a place like TGI has a thermometer and checks food temps. After all, the majority of TGI's menu is pre-made, frozen then reheated, or warmed up food. COME ON TGI, just terrible. I explained how we had come for a relaxed Sunday afternoon meal, and been thrown our whole order at once as if we were pigs troffing on it all at once. The manageress was good and apologetic and asked if there was anything they could do. Well maybe if I hadn't just paid and put my credit card back in my walled they could of given us the meal for free.But they offered us a dessert. Which we declined. Honestly just wanted to leave by this point. Really hope this was a one off. But not sure I want to try it again to find out.
