The service is excellent and staff very friendly. We had the tom yum soup and asked for it to be quite spicy, they obliged and it was lovely, although it was lacking a little in chicken .Masaman curry and sticky rice with some steamed pak choi, four beers and the bill was £40. The whole place could be a little cleaner but it does have a nice warm atmosphere. This was our third visit and would definitely go again.

Staying overnight in Clacton I realised the choice of anywhere decent along the front was limited. However I was pleasantly surprised by Aroy Thai that was tucked away a road or so back. It had a nice ambience, great service and the food was good. I choose a glass of house red, and even that was good quality. Reasonably priced and would come again.

I stopped for a take away on my way home from work. I ordered what I usually enjoy from a decent Thai restaurant. When I got home to eat it, I was very disappointed :( the Thai green curry was watery and not authentic tasting and the pad Thai noodles had a strange taste. I donât think I would return here again and wouldnât recommend.
