It wasnât the best Guinness ever and the best food ever (Guinness won), but it was ok. Sitting is nice and they played Western music and not too loud. Itâs a China **** and perfectly fine if you are looking for a place to hang out for a few beers. I will come back for the beer.

We visited The Cider House for the first time one sleepy Wednesday at lunch time. I was very curious about the cider selection. I am well-traveled, and I enjoy cider, but the ciders offered were all new to me. I wasn't disappointed. Hogan's Dry Cider was indeed dry. Probably the driest I have ever had, but enough about the great cider. The food was really authentic English, and very good at an extremely reasonable price for western food in China. From memory, this food would have been reasonably priced for England. I highly recommend this pub. If you are ever in the Foshan area, and you need a "home cooked" meal, head to The Cider House." They also have a interesting selection of sandwiches and and English breakfast that looks like it will last you all day. Be ready to leave full. With winter here, this is a great comfort food location. Popped in to the bar on level 51 whilst visiting foshan. Was more than impressed with the service and cocktails. Victor the manager sure nows how to host and shake some great drinks. A smooth bar with outstanding views of the city. Well worth a visit with or without company.
