Another lovely steak at our favourite restaurant. The lettuce wedge is so crisp and the dressing is divine. (My favourite is the blue cheese). I would love the recipe for the unique onion loaf and the steak, so tender and juicy. I usually have the bistro rump 30 day aged and the sumptuous beef dripping sauce.. I should really try others on the menu... might do the sharing chateaubriande next time.. .. up to the usual standard tonight and we were looked after perfectly by lovely Steph. Visited here on Bank Holiday Monday greeted by very nice and friendly member of staff and seated. Prompt service for our drinks order. We ordered the pancetta, mushroom and pea penne and mushroom risotto, both really tasty and piping hot, dessert was really nice as well. All staff really helpful and as we were leaving our door was opened as we would have struggled as my husband is in a wheelchair which we do at many places, top marks and will return.

Called into the Stanney Oaks Harvester after a visit to nearby Cheshire Oaks retail park.Only had a cold drink here. There is a good selection of beers, spirits and wine and the large bar area, which is adjacent to the dining area, was clean and tidy.A pint of San Miguel, Pinot Grigio spritzer and Nobbts dry roasted nuts came to just over £8 so good value for money.Thank you for your positive review

We visited today it was my first time here but my family had been here before. I was very impressed by the staff but a lady called Clair stood out to me , I think she may have been the manager if not she should be . Nothing was a problem for her she appeared to be well liked by what I guess where locals . She was ran off her but done it all with a smile on her face . The food was very nice . The place was well staffed I think I seen 5just behind the bar alone at one point . The place was clean and tidy emptyâs didnât sit on tables for long .
