Front entrance could do with a wash and brush up. Decor probably original 50s, but clean. Food was great. I had a Charlie Special Burger which was one of the best and tastiest burger ever. Chips were excellent and service was good considering the place was packed! Booking necessary, particularly on a Saturday night. Service was very friendly. We would have liked to stay longer but had tickets to a show just down the road. Highly recommended.

Having eaten at many Indian restaurants this one, as the suggests, specialising in southern Indian cooking was brilliant. There were several dishes I had not come across before including a number of fish curries The list of starters was extensive as was the number of vegetation options Thoroughly enjoyable well flavoured/spiced food . We came here for dinner on a Sunday evening, the Sunday roast was like school dinners, the meat didn't appear to be carved from a joint. The 'home made burger' was clearly a frozen mass produced burger, so disappointing, we didn't stick around for dessert. It's a bit like a massive dining room, no character at all, but having said that, it was very busy...I just don't know why.
