Discovered this restaurant by chance but what a gem. There is limited parking outside the building which was disappointing. However, our meal was excellent. The Roast Beef was cooked to perfection and the portions sizes very generous. The gravy delicious. The service was excellent and waitresses and extremely friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit.

I was in a party of 7 people and being a big party was not an issue. 4 of us had prawns for starters and they where the biggest prawns I have ever see and where cooked so well they where moist and soft with a crunchy southern coating 10/10. For mains I had ribs and wings combo with chips and a side of Mac and cheese again lovely food, 2 of the party had pizzas cooked in a wood fire oven and tasted amazing. I could not resist a brownie for dessert and it was very good and gooey in the middle. I will definitely be returning very soon.

Best place in northumberland ashington For food they do lovely wraps burgers whole chiken its all comes woth the your choice of flavours you can choose your own flavour from extra hot , hot , medium & lemon and herb .. loads of chicken variety all of the chiken is steamed and grilled amazingly cooked.. mouth watering lamb chops... love this place the donner is one of best donner in ashington even salad was so freash and comes with gherkins and olives.. very impressive i enjoyed every single meal from this place plus i was shoked to see the prices most of the meals cost start from £4.49 but very good deals.. every one who visit ashington must visit this place.. happily recommend to every one with âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ never had any complain about your food guys.. plus what a lovely staff and their service.. keep up the good work... will always be back ..

The food is home cooked, traditional and uses local produce. The staff in the cafe are friendly and helpful! The surrounding's whilst being small is pleasant and we'll decorated! My only critism is that whilst they advertise to deliver in Ashington on four occasions they claimed unable to deliver when given my address due to staff shortages (I can only assume this is because I live the far end of Ashington)! However on one occasion when I said I had a large order as friends around magically found staff! Very disappointing will not order again due to this felt uncomfortable!
