the 20 seater restaurant is a great culinary experience for dining. Chef Alan was respective but also interactive for any questions we had. The kitchen is open to view and the most quietest I’ve ever seen/heard ever! the team labors over the dishes with love.We all got separate 3 course tasting from the menu. The portions were extremely large and filling. Not what we expected. We couldn’t finish all the food thrown at us. Some dishes were spectacular and the labor and ingredient quality can be seen and tasted. A few dishes were a little off the mark in my opinion, but that’s because I am holding them to a top tier best in class type expectation, from what I saw. Will be back to dine soon.
