Went here for Sunday lunch. Staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival. Good choice of food on menu and good choice of drinks. It has a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Food is locally sourced and prepared by a talented local chef. Would definitely recommend a visit.

We have been attending this bistro for around twenty years, but I don't k ow if I will return anytime soon. The last time we attended for Bastille day celebrations the restaurant was packed, and with a real buzz. The previous owners were centre of everything, plus they really enjoyed the reason why we were all there. Tonight there was no atmosphere, or managers and there were plenty of empty tables.The food was okay. I ordered the lamb for my main, which was listed with dauphinoise potatoes, which actually it turned out wasn't the case, but came with a handful of quartered boiled potatoes.I always used to recommend this restaurant, but now I would hesitate to this due to the lack of consistency.I am sorry to write a negative review.

Great local deli. Always drop in for lunch, varied choice and fairly priced. Note: avoid the local 6th Form lunch breaks it can get very busy, call in early to collect lunch

Found this place on just eat and so glad I did.Food was great, Chicken was well seasoned, chips were done properly and the steak, mushroom and cheese chibatta was dank. Also reasonably priced, will definitely use this place again
