Dropped in on a cold day and appreciated the warmth of the real fire. Good selection of beer and reasonably priced food. Pie of the day was huge at £9.95 with chips and veg - excellent.

I cant rate the restaurant enough. It was brilliant. The food was lovely. Staff were so attentive which made my grans day lovely. They even did a lovely birthday plate with nibbles on it which really made her smile. It was a beautiful environment and we will be definalty visiting again. On arrival lovely welcome .we were asked would we like a drink first or shown to our table .we went to our table .are waiters were just great and very well trained. I have a gluten allergy and they had plenty to choose from .we all enjoyed are food my sea bass was cooked just right .quality of our meals was very good .we had a great night . Thank you

What a joy this place is to visit. Didn't know what to expect going for a Sunday lunch at a Prison. The building which is a chapel is very unique. Open from 12-2pm for Sunday Lunch. Upon entering, you'd never think this was run by female inmate. It was so professional, extremely clean and very well laid out. It really was like going to a fine dining restaurant. The atmosphere felt great and the staff were extremely pleasant, happy and helpful. Don't be afraid to have a look around to enjoy the paintings and read the poems etched on the frosted glass, reading the thank you cards from ex-prisoners and happy customers bought a tear to my eye. The very friendly manager was happy to explain everything to me about the restaurant and the prisoners. Didn't wait long for the meal...Oh my...the presentation was amazing. The tastes and flavour were exquisite. All very hot. Obviously, we had to have dessert which was also divine. We will definitely be back. It was all value for money. Oh, we purchased 'The Clink' tea towel. Thank you all very much for your great hospitality and wonderful cooking. You are all an inspiration.
