Dinner (ate there twice!) was excellent! Young and friendly staff took good care of us. No English menus but the staff covered us gringos most graciously. We were seeking meat alternatives (generally not all that easy in Argentina) and found some. The salad with cut green vegetables was lovely, as were a couple of their pastas. As said, we returned a second night. Give it a try.

An extraordinary find, the food is delicious and the presentation flawless. The decor is very attractive too. Nobi, the owner, was a professional photographer when she lived in Japan and her work is on display in the restaurant.Prices are equivalent to places I have visited in Buenos Aires but the quality and selection at Nobuko is much better!

Ubicado en galerÃa Maiten Nomade nos trae una propuesta contundente, para disfrutar en el sitio o su versión take away, ofrecen Sushi de muy buena calidad, con ingredientes de la zona como gravlax de trucha y algunos ahumados, para quienes no gustan del sushi también cuentan con una variada opciones de woks (recomiendo el Nikkei) y si estas de pasadita haces barra con algún spring roll y o alguno de sus ricos entrantes, si vas a pedir para llevar encarga con tiempo pues todo se hace al momento garantizando frescura y calidad, punto a favor y que no encontras en ningún lugar de San MartÃn de los Andes su Sidra Griffin artesanal donde se sirve tirada y es el maridaje perfecto para los platos que sirve Nomade, también ofrecen jugos naturales con jengibre, frutos rojos etc.
