Restaurant Les Stues is located in the hotel La Perla. Style and comfort are distinctive features of the Stues where the Ladin tradition and decor add to an exceptional dining experience. Warm orange hues create a wonderfully relaxing ambience, accented with candlelight. Traditional ornaments make for interesting views at every angle, although it's the unobstructed views of the Sassongher mountain that win the day. These are only overshadowed by the amazing food.A refined yet friendly staff serve a choice of two 4-course set menus, one standard and one that changes daily. The two can be mixed and both have classic Tyrollean dishes made from locally produced ingredients, prepared and presented to offer distinctive and memorable tastes - a real treat for all the palate especially when paired with the suggested wines.
