Pizza piccola è immangiabile, olive ascolane freddine, tiramisù buono. Spiace per la recensione perché il potenziale del locale è davvero molto e il personale veramente cordialissimo. Tornerò più in là sperando in una revisione in cucina!

I really wanted to like this place cuz it has a cool vibe, so even after a pretty disappointing first experience I went back a second time.... only to be terribly disappointed once again. I did enjoy the pidaze (very thin bread), but the quality of the toppings were below average. We put in two orders - on one the vegetables were burnt and the other didnât have much flavor.I went back a few nights later to give it another shot. The bruschetta was good, but this time we ordered the piadine (thicker bread) and that was a huge mistake!!!! It was really heavy, super dry, and so thick to the point that I couldnât even taste the meat + cheese + vegetables + other ingredients inside..... probably because they were suuuuuuper stingy with the amount of toppings - it was basically just lots of bread.If youâre curious try it... maybe the food will be better for you, but Iâm telling you from what I experienced itâs likely youâll be served NOT great yet overpriced food, and receive crappy customer service.I suggest you instead walking across the street to Cafe Des Amis and get some really tasty gelato!! I'm sorry to read about your experience at Piade e Sfizi, but I have to say that we adopt the original piadina recipe from Emilia Romagna, the place where this incredible food was created first, so we can't change the way we make them.Talking about the toppings, I am the first to say that we don't buy the first quality ingredients, not only for an economic reason (we should sell piadine at 20⬠), but also because so fine ingredients will be too much for what we make in our bistrot. We buy the vegetables locally and make them here, maybe you were unlucky with some pieces of them... I have been very honest in this reply, telling you the truth about what we make here, hoping that you will understand the passion we put in our "jewel". I have to say one last thing: please don't make comparisons with other businesses, not because one is better than another, but because we are all workers and we all put the same love in our activities, our little babies.
