Managed to get a table straight away at midday Sunday.Make sure you take a look at the specials board before you sit down.Roast pork dinner was OK, it comes with everything OK on including gravy, Yorkshire puddings were rather poor but on the whole it was OK.Chicken curry was OK.Decent portion size still, as our last visit a couple of years back, but the average dinner price of £4.95 then is now £7.50.This place still appears quite busy and parking can be an issue.

We eat here quite a bit because it is convenient and the Burnley areas is not too well endowed with reasonable eating places. The food is good majoring on the breakfasts and portion size is pretty reasonable too. There's plenty of parking and the decor is somewhat removed from a typical 'greasy spoon'. So why don't I give it a better rating. Two things really, first the lack of space. Tables are crammed in and you don't get much elbow room and secondly, the nature of the place and the reason it's doing so well is that it is frequented by plenty of tradesmen. I've nothing against tradesman (I am one myself) but they tie up the staff with their banter and have become 'friends' with everyone. Whilst I applaud there friendliness it does mean that the service to the customers is not a prompt as it should be ( I waited very patiently for a long time last week to pay my bill whilst the serving ladies finished making small talk to a group of white van men).

Great tasting burgers and flavour combinations Quick to respond to questions, even when the shop isnât openI have only done home delivery and even with the distance it still arrives in a great condition.
