We stopped at the Hibiscus on our return to Santo Tomas from the Quirigua ruins. It has a nice little cultural museum attached and is co-located with a plantation/botanical garden. The prices seemed reasonable and the facility was clean and well organized. The staff was very courteous. This establishment can accommodate handicapped folks.If you are looking for an excursion a short distance outside Santo Tomas this is the place.

I like the ambiance The servers attention The food, which the quality of the ingredients used itâs different then the other similar cafes there. Itâs better quality. The shakes, the frappes are good, There even no sugar options. I Recomended this cafe.

Ordered a Tapado. A seafood soup with coconut milk, just delicious, excellent service and big parking. The tip isn't included on your bill but believe me, you'll want to leave a big one. You can eat inside or under a nice beautiful rancho just a side the ocean.
