I have visited this establishment numerous times for take away. Therefore I know the menu in and out. Dishes that you can order time and again: Green curry, red curry, sushi and chow mein. I have had these dishes many times at this restaurant and have never been dissapointed. Dishes to avoid: Definately the sweet and sour pork and the fried prawns and calamari. The sweet and sour pork is to sweet and soggy. The service is quick and friendly and the kitchen is clean. The fish on the sushi is always fresh and delish!

Huamin restaurant at The Square is the second branch of a family owned restaurant. When the new branch opened many people were very happy as it is closer to many residential areas than the other.Customers generally gravitated towards the second branch as Alex, the manager/owner had very high standards and great service and it was more pleasurable to visit his restaurant. Recently Alex has not been in store as often and it definitely shows... Although the food is still tasty and the standards are still relatively high, his little restaurant has started looking more run down and less and less busy.Unfriendly staff are the main reason for this... So if you do decide to try their food, rather phone and order, or be prepared to wait patiently for it whether ordering take aways or eating in... And don't try to do telephonic orders to save time after 20:30, as that seems to interfere with the staff's telephone time... They also won't be very happy to help you so "close" to closing time either as most of them were practically waiting in their lift's vehicle for lock-up time. Although the food is still versy tasty, the quality of service leaves one very disappointed.
