Valentina and this course are so wonderful. I highly recommend it for dedicated students at all levels of bodywork experience. I came alone from overseas with a longstanding yoga practice but no bodywork training. I signed up for this course to learn meridians and an introduction to massage, get tons of practice on bodies, and enjoy Byron Bay. All of these things happened 100% and far beyond my expectations :) Valentina's teaching is exceptionally good. Her instructions are clear and consistent, and she is unfailingly patient in reminding students of hand/body placement, direction of energy, use of body weight, etc.. And she's so fun and kind! Byron's an amazing place to study. I loved living in the Sunrise/industrial area and walking to the beach, going into town, etc. If you're considering this course, I would say absolutely sign up or contact Valentina to speak further. I'm excited to go home and keep practicing what Valentina taught me. Thanks, Valentina! :)

I purchased Kayak Yoga for my partner and I for Christmas and we LOVED IT! The whole experience from beginning to end was great - our instructor was knowledgeable and supportive (my partner cant swim so was very nervous), she stayed with us the whole time until we got to the beach. The Yoga session was also great - as good as what you'd experience in any yoga studio, and the added bonus of the waves crashing on the shore and a waterfall running near by made it even better. We had a quick swim and a chat amongst the group before heading back. Oure recommended a great juice bar near by for afterwards also. 10/10 LOVED IT! :)

BodyMindLife

BodyMindLife offers more than 450 yoga, Pilates and meditation classes each week at four beautiful studios in Surry Hills, Redfern, Potts Point and Bondi Beach.

Amazing studio with an amazing vibe and teachers! Highly recommend. My favourite is the Surry Hills studio for location, but Bondi is amazing for a morning class followed by a swim at the beach. Gotta love Redfern for the acro yoga option, and Potts Point is where it all started for me as I lived there when they just opened up that studio (less hectic, more zen).
