We visited this winery on a Saturday and David took us around the vineyard, giving a thorough tour in English, and answering any question we had. The winery was in a beautiful part of the country, with a cute little tasting room/store attached. The wine on offer was lovely, with the options of country wines to Bandol wines. Such a friendly and lovely place to be, with delicious wines! Would recommend and very affordable for a big group of people.

This is a review about our experience "so far" with Christopher and Ooh Provence. A number of months ago, as usual, I did extensive research and found a photographer and I contacted him to see about a photo experience while in Marseille. He responded immediately and then told me about his tour company which extends beyond just photography. It was perfect...a guide that could help 2 amateur photographers get some unique shots in a great city plus learn about the history at the same time. I find this is a great way to explore a city. So, of course ,I booked and paid the deposit etc. and we confirmed our date. Then along came Covid 19 and I finally had to cancel .This company offers full refund up to 24 hours in advance of tour and Christopher had no problem with an immediate refund. I will add that is not the case with some hotels etc. I am so impressed with the customer service under very extraordinary circumstances and will definitely book with Ooh Provence in the future when we can return post Covid. Based on my experience so far I am sure we will have a great time touring Marseille and the surrounding area with Christopher. I often find the true test of a good travel company is how they handle unexpected problems and can be flexible. Christopher delivers on this for sure!!

We had a great time at Chateau Minutey with Sonia - first a tour of the vineyard and an explanation of how it all works, a look around the cellars etc (they had just finished the harvest) - and then the wine tasting... After which we were welcomed in to the home kitchen of Capucine who taught us (very patiently!) some delicious recipes which we then ate for lunch on the terrace with a lovely bottle of wine. Highly recommend! Sophie, Neville & Brigitte! :)

First off let’s start with Ivette, our guide. She sealed the five stars with her calm reassurance, attentiveness, and low key management whilst at the same time being a lovely and interesting companion for the day. The organisation is great, from Gustav’s initial communication to his greeting in the shop and even the arrangement with the patisserie around the corner is far from what your initial cynicism suspects (or is that just me?). The cycling there was fairly hard going, even with the power assistance, although the 30+ heat did have a bearing on that. Stating the obvious, coming down is a lot easier.....and exhilarating. The tour around the vineyard is informative and informal and makes you fully appreciate why you pay a premium for a quality wine. That said, the four varieties produced at the winery are reasonably priced and hopefully taste as good back home as they did while eating lunch and fresh figs from the tree (once Ivette showed me where they were). A memorable day that I would thoroughly recommend to anyone capable of riding a bike.

Our host Zara, made the Monaco/Eze Village visit so enjoyable. From Perfumery (Grasse) to to Casio (Monte Carlo) and Monaco itself. The pickup from my Nice dwelling was an unexpected benefit. The on route conversations were delightful and the scenic views of the rolling hills along the French Riviera were just breathtaking. Thoroughly enjoyed this 4 hour excursion and would pay to do the longer more expensive tour next time I am in this part of France. Thanks Zara and team. Regards - Ed

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. One of the best days of our trip. If you love food and wine, and really want an authentic experience this was great. Our tour guide (I believe her name was Ally- don’t remember as it was a year ago) was amazing, so informative and kind. We got to venture out to different areas and try all types of niçoise specialities. Would do it again if I could!
