My wife and I had a great time with Pablo and Cesar. This tour was fantastic; not too much walking, great history, and of course AMAZING food. We went to places that they went to as children; it was an immersive experience. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking to eat where the locals do.

The distillery sits amongst orchards, vermillion flycatchers and pink peppercorn trees, so our tour is the perfect way to escape the hustle and bustle of Lima. Our gin is one of only a handful worldwide that are distilled from grapes, and the only one which uses a Pisco (which we distil ourselves) as the base spirit. So hand-crafted takes on a whole different meaning when it comes to our gin. From spending nights curled up in a sleeping bag next to the stills, to collecting glacial water by hand at over 4000m up in the Cordillera Blanca mountain range; Alex (Founder, Distiller and CEO) retains a level of detail and a hands-on approach that is simply unparalleled. So we are offering a unique insight into how one of the world's most exclusive gins is made and the incredible story behind it.

Inclusions: 1 Free Gin & Tonic upon arrival

Exclusions: Lunch post tour is optional and can be laid on at the distillery at an additional cost. Otherwise, visitors are more than welcome to bring a picnic and enjoy it atop our Padgoda.

Visiting Lima is always a rewarding experience! We booked an early evening visit to the awesome "Huaca Pucllana" inca ruins, rather impressive with the scenic lights on. Right after the visit, reservations were made at "Huaca Pucllana Dining Experience", a restaurant by the acclaimed Chef Marilú Madueño! No need to say we got a table almost in front of the main pyramid! What a feeling! We had a fantastic dinner, with courteous and kind service, a nice wine and Chef Marilú Madueño outstanding cuisine - Italian flavors and Peruvian touches. We loved the experience! Bon Appétit!
