In Ensenada, only 80 miles south of San Diego, travelers can get a taste of Mexican food, culture and nightlife. Californians flock to this beautiful seaport town, one of the largest on the Baja peninsula, for rest, relaxation and excellent outdoor recreation activities. From surfing and sea kayaking to horseback riding and mountain biking, even the most discerning sportsperson will be impressed. Ensenada's nightlife is also a big draw. We were schedule to do this excursion on Sunday while at port in Ensenada. The day before my sister caught Ecoli from the Carnival Cruise and was quarantined to her room on the ship. I called Viator to explain and cancel our excursion for a refund due to the circumstances. They said that there wasn't anything they could do because they still had to pay their guide even though we called the day before the excursion. There should be special consideration for cancellations up to the excursion time. It was out of our hands as we couldn't leave the ship. I called after the cruise had finalized to ask for consideration for a refund and they said they couldn't help. As a result they definitely have very poor customer service. I don't recommend anyone use Trip Advisor. Very unsatisfied customer!!!

Celebrated my bday with a group of 11 friends at Valle this weekend. Since the first email I sent to this company, Paola was always attentive and responsive to all my emails. She was great making recommendations and planning the itinerary for my day trip. She also helped us with reservations at all the sites, including brunch at Cuarzo. Rosa, they driver, picked us on time at the hotel and stayed with us all day. She had ready a cooler with ice and water for us. My only critique would be that Originally we had a group of 14 and only 11 ended up coming, the van would not had been able to accommodate all 14 of us comfortably. Other than that I had a pleasant experience with this company and I would definitely book them again !

Carlos the guide was excellent. We had a great time with the family. Carlos was caring and showed us excellent places to eat great food. The zip lining was excellent experience for the kids. La Bufadora and the market place is a must go. My kids were able to touch some animals there at a extra cost but was worth it. Thank you Carlos.
