This is a belated review for a day trip we took back in December 2019 (three adults), thus the lack of masks. My mother is in her 60s, it was her first time to visit Israel, and we wanted her to get the most out of it without exhausting herself. We wanted to know more about the incense route and the Nabateans, as well as to see the Negev. I have to say the guided tour was very well researched and made the visit to Avdat truly worthwhile. Kobi was professional, well prepared, very friendly and thoughtful - he asked the staff at Avdat to put up the Chinese version of the introduction video for my mother without us even asking. In the afternoon we went on a off-road in Mizpah Ramon which my mother thought was the highlight of the day. The tour was exactly what we asked for. Communication was timely and the tour was well planned and well executed. We were very pleased to be able to do and see so much in one day without feeling rushed at all. I would recommend Kedem's service to anyone who is looking for a personalised experience and not just after a photo op.

Enjoyed a lovely day trip with Daniel at Little Switzerland in the Carmel. The views were amazing. We were a very mixed group and Daniel managed to connect to us all. We learned lots about the flora and fauna, and Daniel explained the geology of the area in terms everyone could understand. He was helpful and engaged and lots of fun. Highly recommend.

Olive oil and wine! What a great combination. Our group had a delightful presentation by a New Yorker - great sense of humor. She explained the history of the company, the process of making olive oil, and the benefits of the beauty products. We were also treated to hand treatments as well as a tasting of all the olive oils. What a wonderful break in our trip. The shop had a great selection for purchase - did purchase wine and several bottles of the olive oils for gifts. Take your time for the presentation and samplings. Everyone in our group enjoy the stop and bought something - for themselves and as gifts. Great afternoon!

Booking-Tours's customer service team has the best and most caring and efficient operators in any travel business I have used. They have, without doubt, made every effort to secure a booking for our small group of friends, on the cruise we wanted and on the date we wanted. Despite this being booked out, Muhamed grabbed some cabins that were just released and held them for us. Not just he, but others such as Nadine, Ibrahim, and Ashraf in Cairo, did a fantastic job of always being on top of the situation and trying to secure for us What we wanted. Thanks, Muhamed for getting those places - exemplary service - and great pro-active work! I commend you to your boss as a great example of a valuable employee. 8. Private tour: The Golan Heights
The Golan Heights region is probably the most beautiful region of Israel. It is home for beautiful nature reserves, historical sites, and unique communities. We will start our day with visiting the biblical city of Tel-Dan - the famous capital of the biblical tribe Dan which preserves the original city gate (Iron Age) and remains of an ancient altar. Then, we will drive up to Golan Heights and stop for lunch in a Druze village (Masa'ade). Our next point is Mt. Bental, where while standing on the top of a dormant volcano, we will visit an abandon IDF bunker and look towards Syria. We will finish our day at the ancient synagogue Umm el-Kanatir, a unique example of a completely restored building, which was a spiritual home of a prosperous Jewish community that vanished in the 8 century CE. This was an excellent and very rewarding tour with David. Despite the challenges of COVID, and the fact I booked the tour on Shabaat, David was able to take me around the old city and pass on his non-biased and in depth knowledge of the old city. David took all COVID precautions and was able to give other handy information about the city, even going so far as to make sure I text him when I got back safely to my hotel. Thanks for a great tour!

Discover the landscape of the Bible touring around the Sea of Galilee (Kinneret). We will start the day with a lookout from Mt. Arbel - the Sea of Galilee, mountains of Galilee, and the Golan Heights will unfold in front of your eyes. We will continue to Magdala, the ancient Jewish town which was the origin of Mary Magdalene, where a mysterious synagogue from the 1st century CE was recently uncovered. The famous St. Peter's Fish will be served for lunch.
