Restaurant food amazing
Reviewed By 50jas32We didn’t stay here but you can go and eat at the restaurant and use the pool. The food is a little more expensive than elsewhere on Haad Yao beach (by about 100 baht a meal) but soo worth it! Unreal flavours, outstanding fish cookery, fantastic service. I would eat here every day if I could, I absolutely recommend.

If you are looking for a relaxing stay with high quality fixtures, fittings and furnishings, this is your place. The well thought out design of the apartments mean that there is real privacy and the walk down to the beautiful beach was lovely. Our apartment was brilliantly fitted out with everything we needed and was very spacious. The staff are excellent, from the cleaners to the host Sinbad who is very attentive and helpful. We can't rate this place highly enough.

Pure robbery
Reviewed By mairosdjPure robbery I booked 1 bedroom house + kitchen in advance for a month, I arrived and paid the amount for the month. The road was long. The Internet did not work at once or sometimes the speed reached 0.8 mb/s. As soon as I decided to go to bed, my neighbor through the wall turned on the column on the Porch of the house. It was impossible to sleep until 01:00. Then it was repeated the next day at 5 am. I complained to the landlady, she said she would talk to him. 2 days later it happened again. At 5 in the morning. The other tenants heard it, too. After that, I told the landlady I'd move out when I found another house.she admitted that the neighbors are noisy. I had to go to Phuket for 1 day and come back. When I returned, I found another house. I asked to deduct 25% of the monthly amount for that week what I Lived in this hell. Without compensation for the inconvenience. As a result, the owner of the Bungalow said that she does not give back the money or can return 25% of the total amount for the month. However, she wrote that on chat, she will need go to Suruthani.and she not wan’t speak about it anymore. Money is reception left at her stuff workers. For a room without Internet and with loud music at night in your house I paid for the week almost 12 000 thai batt!!!. Welcome to the Easy life Bungalows! Ps - also, air conditioning is installed in front of the bed, so sleep in the day and flat you do not succeed, you can get sick! Hot water also works bad!

Reviewed By leon799Before I begin , The Burmese Stuff in the hotel are very nice and helpful. I’ll start with the prices ; At first when my friend come in the manager of the hotel said 55,000 THB per month for the villa (great discount for biz of the virus) we check out from our villa to move there in the next day , when we come to check in the manager change the price to 85,000 and said it was a mistake yesterday, we took the deal because we already check out from the other villa . The prices of the minibar is just ridiculous , for example bottle of beer cost 350 THB 13$ . The clean the Villa only 2 times a week (5 star hotel) The don’t allow anyone to come visit inside the hotel , not even to the restaurant ( not because of the virus , at anytime) so what is the point to have a big Villa and not be able sit for a coffee with a friend , even not inside the room. Please don’t send any clothing to the laundry because they will mix the white in the color together (they destroyed some of my clothing and my friends clothing) when we come to complain about it , the answer was OK so don’t pay for the laundry . They don’t give you a key To enter the area of the hotel , so sometimes you need to wait till someone will come to open, After all what was said above , when we check out the accused us of “Stealing“ A bathrobe from the villa and want us the pay for , after we pay 85,000 thb for the villa 44,500 for mini bar , and around 20,000 in the restaurant. To conclude , The property is nice and new , But not value for money at all . You pay for five star hotel and get treated like 2 star.
