Very nice
Reviewed By GallarekMarko (the owner) is very hospitable person, he explained us how to find his house also had no problem with accomodate 14 ppl within one hour in the very working day of the house (it was before season). Rooms are clean, there is also a balcony where you can have breakfast or dinner, also you can ask the owner to sell you some rakija. There is really nice beach close to the apartment (approx 15 minutes walking). I enjoyed it and I definitely mark this place as excellent. It is excellent for sleepover and discover the beauty of Sutomore and Bar, just want to notify that it is not a high standard to host buisness meetings, but within the price range I find Villa Aleksic really good.

Reviewed By Vladan ZThe place is very clean, they really pay attention to that. Villa is 10m away from the see. The view is amazing, big balconies, my had at least 20sqm, staff friendly and helpfull. Downside is that the furniture and appliances in the apartment could be better and the sea water is not always clean. All in all, quite a good place to visit...

Nice apartman
Reviewed By JP7000Nice, clean apartman type accommodation. The flat we stayed in had a small kitchen and a balcony in addition to the bedroom and a small second bedroom. The staff was helpful and the location was convenient. Their laundry service worked really well too. The only negative aspect of our stay was a strange smell that was present in the apartment.

Reviewed By deb6176What a location. Fantastic location and first class cottage. The swimming pool was an added bonus. Breakfast arrived to our cottage on time every morning as ordered the night before my the mother. What a great family run business. Would definitely stay again. They even ave free bike to ride into town.

Most friendly stuff
Reviewed By ChianniHard to find when googlemaps doesn't work but, the stuff picked me up anywhere in the town. Nethertheless I booked three nights but came one day too late I had to pay only two nights. From my room I had a phantastic view to the Adria and I walked to the beach within 10 minutes.

The complex completed in 2011 comprises more than eight apartments of different sizes. Each of them accommodates two to six adultsand is equipped with a bathroom, a kitchennette, sat-TV and Air conditioning. Moreover, all units amply terraces in view of the sea. Ample inhouse parking spaces available. The big outdoor pool with an integrated paddling pool and sunloungers are at your free disposal. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets, e.G. The Resort Ruza Vjetrova.

Lovely spacious airy and light bedroom, great pool and shaded yoga deck — all with fab views across the valley to mountains beyond. Ben and Emma were friendly and welcoming hosts, and also impressively knowledgeable guides during our adventurous week of lake kayaking, river swimming, hiking and wine tasting. I came away refreshed and revitalised, having been immersed in Montenegro's natural beauty, alongside discovering much about its history and culture.

Reviewed By IvanPohrebniyakRoyal Villas is a complex of large villas with each own swimming pool and each bedroom with own bathroom (this is a big plus and a rarity to find). The 6 and 7 bedroom villas are right on the sea cliffs, the two 5 bedroom ones are with the sea view but with a slight construction sight infront. Overall this is an excellent remote quite place with own privat beach, bar and sunbeds(need to pay small fee each day to rent). Due to COVID we were mostly alone at the beach. The bar tender Dima makes excellent cocktails, the quality of a top notch Moscow or Kyiv bar :). There are some small convenience stores 7-10 min easy walk away where you can buy all the basic groceries. However, for a proper supermarket or a good market you need to travel to Bar. Tania, the host of all villas provided us with with the top notch hospitality. Available 24/7 to answer all questions, help with transportation, bookings, advises and touristic suggestions and arrangements. You can count on Tania and her staff for your stay to be super pleasant. They even have an option to cook and do groceries for you. It is like a mini villas hotel with the extra services you can buy. This is an excellent option for big groups/families in this region. Especially that you have your own beach and gorgeous sunsets from it.
