Wahkiakum County Ferry

Decided to turn off the highway at the road sign for the ferry. Best decision I've made in a long time! The short ride across the Columbia is simply one of the best experiences you can have. Crew members are a joy to meet with. Views are stunning as the ferry crosses the river. No credit or debit cards for payment and ferry departs at the scheduled time. Its worth arriving early just to take in the sights and sounds and look for Big Foot. Also great to look out for Oscar the Frog onboard the ferry.

If you want a service you can schedule with a nice ride, this is the place to go with! I've used them many times as I could schedule the pickup times far into the future unlike with services like Uber or Lyft.

We wanted to experience the best of Walla Walla wineries so naturally it has to be in a stretch limo. From the initial booking with the office to meeting Ryan our driver was excellent We were recommended to order picnic food from Graze - (see separate review) - which was great We started our tour at eternal wines with the lovely kate, here we loved the Rose, from there we headed to Zerba wines for something a little different and enjoyed our lunch - our favorite was the Malbec Next stop was the lovely people at Northstar - here it had to be the Syrah Next stop was the home of Justin who ran Soleman wines - our favorite was the 100% Cab Sav Our last stop was the new Spanish winery - wow what a building Through out the day Ryan was amazing and to end a great day he dropped us off for something to eat in downtown- what a driver Can not give this enough of a great review

We hired David to take us on a wine tour outside of the Tri-Cities. We didn't know where to go, so we told him what kind of wineries we like. He coordinated everything. He was prompt, professional, and kind. He'd called ahead to each location, which created a feeling of being extra welcome at each winery. We had a terrific day.

Washington State Ferries

This is an excellent (and cheap!) way to get out on the water in Seattle, as well as fantastic views of the Seattle skyline and Puget Sound, the trip gives you the opportunity to explore the shops and streets on the island. The ferry itself is huge and very clean. As a walk on passenger, I only had to pay on the Seattle side.

Our whole family, husband, daughter and three grandchildren, walked on towing our small suitcases for a two night stay in Victoria. The Ferry was comfortable and loading and unloading was fast and efficient. We disembarked a block from our hotel.
