Gustavo was extremely professional and well organized . He took care of our whole itinerary . He planned some great trips to some boutique wineries where we had some personal wine tasting sessions . The advantage of using Gustavo is that you will avoid visiting the mass production touristy wineries and instead have a more personal experience . Our lunches were incredible where we had one on one teaching sessions with real Argentinian Gauchos teaching us how to cook some very juicy steaks .
