Just back from a 6 day tour with Gene & Brian. Incredible special 6 days!!!! Words cannot express the amazing experience we had (but I'll try). We were 2 couples who did not want to drive on the "other" side of the road so we saw the reviews on Trip Advisor and chose Glengarriff Tours. So glad we did!! This is truly the way to get around - they took care of us from the moment Brian picked us up at the Port in Dublin and took us to Kinsale. We then had Gene for the remainder of our trip along the south coast and up the west coast. Gene knows exactly where to go and has a lot of contacts throughout Ireland - everyone knows Gene and welcomes him. He goes above and beyond! He got us front row seats at a pub one night to see Blackie O'Connell, the Irish Piper (even though they had no more reservations) and then he came back and picked us up at 11:30 to take us back to our B & B. He introduced us to places that we would not have thought about if we were on our own. Our husbands golf so when Gene found that out he took us to a few golf courses - just to have a look - the welcome mat came out for Gene & us and the next thing you know we are having Irish Coffees in the bar at Doonbeg Golf course and went to the site of the upcoming Irish Open. Although we only had Brian the 1st day for driving, we got to spend an evening with him in Glengarriff in one of the local pubs. What a fun time! If you do have Brian as your driver, ask him to sing for you - what a voice!!!! He is funny, witty and full of information. Also we were lucky enough to meet Maya - Gene's wife - who invited us to their beautiful home and had a fantastic afternoon. Highly recommend Glengarriff Tours. We miss them already!

Our group used Deasy Coaches for transportation around the island after a 3 day stay in Dublin. Our guide, Martin, was fantastic, he was so knowledgeable and funny. He took us to see fantastic places we had no idea about . The company representative helped us create a great itinerary and genuinely cared about us having a great time. We were in Ireland right at the beginning of the shutdown for the Cornavirus scare, and Shella (company rep) was checking in on us and making sure we were all good and still having a good time. When we go back, we are using Deasy Coaches!

We hired B2B for 4.5 days to drive us from Galway to Dublin. Not having to navigate those narrow and winding roads along the Ring of Kerry and Ring of Skellig saved our sanity and perhaps our marriage! Trevor was great. He showed us some great spots and managed to keep us a step ahead of the big tour buses. I strongly recommend saving some your travel budget to hire a driver when in Ireland - an added bonus is that we could have a pint (or two) at lunch!
