Muhammed was a very qualified driver with good english skills. He picked me up promptly at the hotel (even rung the hostel to know he was arriving soon), took me to get coffee at the start of the trip and were very open to let me have my time, and get snacks etc. Would definitely recommend the trip and driver to anyone else! We will start this tour from Wadi Rum village. During this trip, you will see and visit some natural and historical places, first of all, you will go to Nabatean temple. After that, you will go to Lawrence’s spring with a shortstop. Then you continue to the map, sand dunes where you can walk up the soft sand. After that, we will take you to Anfeeshiah inscription, Lawrence house, Al Mahma where you can have a nice walk. There you will have lunch and Bedouin tea. After that you will continue to Burdah rock bridge (the biggest bridge in the desert) then to Um fourth rock bridge which you can climb it, It takes 10 min to be on the top. After that, you will go to the little bridge where you can see very beautiful for the desert. Next phase is Khazali canyon where you can walk through the canyon for 30 min. Then we will take you to see the sunset. Finally, we take you to a safe place to spend the night, where we will prepare our Bedouin dinner.

I booked the trip online and had help and tips to get the trip 50% discounted with a coupon voucher. Later i wrote my guide and he welcomed us in the wadirum village. From that on he took care of us during all the trip. It's good to be taking care that friendly that was a great experience for me and my parents. I recommend it for those who are not looking for luxury trip!

This excursion is very well organized the driver is very nice After a little tour in Amman, he takes you breakfast of excellent falafel then departure for Petra there a French speaking guide was waiting for me he was very friendly and very knowledgeable the visit with him was very interesting the site is beautiful With the wadi rum m, these are the two things impossible not to do if you are in Jordan I advise you to do it with this operator, the organization is perfect and the attention to the customer maximum.

I never take the time to write a review because I am never really impressed. Jordan Private Tours changed my mind! I was blown away by their flexibility to change things and their quick response, not to mention they allowed us to customize our private tour and their friendliness! My husband and I travelled to Jordan in late April 2021 and had Ja’far Iskek as our guide and driver throughout our visit. We visited Amman, Jarash, Petra, Wadi Rum, and the Dead Sea. Throughout, Ja'far provided great insight into the history of the areas and took care of us. He also provided cold water bottles in the car and not to mention WIFI in the car as well. Visiting Joran was definitely a trip of a lifetime! We will cherish our memories forever! Thank you so much for the hospitality. I highly recommend Jordan Private Tours and Ja'far Iskek! Thanks!

It’s really a unforgettable experience. Emad picked up me from my hotel . He is a very good guide . He knows the city inside out . Cause he had been doing this for a long time . He gave me a quick briefing about the tour . He told me I can spend as long as I like if I am interested in some places . To void crowds we should visit the mosque first. Nobody was there when we arrived . So the mosque opened the door just for me . What a VIP treat . After the mosque we went to citadel. I loaned to stay there for 45 minutes . After I stepped in , there was a magic in the air. I instant fall in this place . The view is spectacular , 360 degrees panorama view of Amman city . The ruined monuments and the temple, also the museum just kept me going for ever. When I realized my next appointment was coming . I have stayed there by myself almost 2.5 hours . Emad was patiently waiting for me outside . When I ready to leave , he was there already to pick me up . Due to the timing , he suggested me servers new plans . They are all sounds very interesting . If I have time I will contact him and let him to show me all the best places in Amman . I really enjoyed this trip ....

Booked a transfer last December 2019 with this company and they were able to provide us transfer even on a short time notice. We travelled with kids (8 & 5) ,they provide car seat with additional charges, the van was clean and comfortable. Driver was patiently waiting us after the immigration at the border and was friendly especially to our kids. If you are looking for a hassle -free and comfortable transfer from the border to the city, they are definitely the company where to book to.

We spent a fantastic time in Jordan during our 5-day tour with Trip500. Zaid, our personal driver and guide pick us up at the airport and drove us around the country. All Hotels, breakfasts, attractions and some dinners were included in the price. Guys, believe me this is the cheapest option to travel in style and see everything that Jordan has to offer. Hotels were all high standard and the car was big, clean luxurious and comfortable. The Wadi Rum desert experience & the day trip to Petra was one of the best adventures of my life. Zaid was planning every day with us, keeping in mind our time preferences (that was really early sometimes) so we make the most of our holiday. He was always punctual, friendly, patient & professional. Arranged easy check-ins at the Hotels, showed us some of the most breath-taking scenery, travelling off road and stopping over at really interesting places. A first-class tour and a great guide, can't recommend this company enough.

Recently we visited Jordan and decided to head south at the Wadi Rum desert. The scenery was amazing from the photos and the three of us wanted to have a 100% desert experience. There are tons of camps at the place so it was really hard to decide. We sent many emails and got some answers. The one that got our attention was the mail from Wadi Rum Bedouin Guide. Polite and friendly, exactly what we were looking for. When we arrived Feras welcomed us, it was like a lost friend and drove us to the desert camp. Unfortunately we could not have a jeep tour,as we told them prior to our arrival, however he has a warm heart and took us for a walk near the camp and showed us the "road" to the sites and explained us a lot about the bedouin culture. All that, as a friend, never asked for anything extra. All in all Feras and his colleagues are well trusted and won our hearts from the very begging. Food was awesome the communal area and all the WCs clean and the tents were exactly as we expected.
