My husband and I have been to Cozumel about 6 times and only this visit did we find a truly new and original experience in the 10 experiences tour. Although they have space for 12 guests we were the only 2 so the private presentation was sensational. The hosts greeted us at the door to their stunning home along with Marco the server and Anna the presenter and sparkling water with fresh fruit. The rest of the evening was exactly as outlined in the description with perfect pacing between courses and wonderful explanations of why certain ingredients were chosen in both the food and drink. The presentation of the various states in Mexico introduced us to stunning traditions, history and scenery and made us want to visit more of this beautiful country. Kudos to Alejandro y Lorena for imagining this treat. Oh ...one thing I completely misinterpreted from the website was about the tip. Marco and Anna are paid exclusively through tips so keep that in mind.

We did the private jeep tour and Miguel was our guide. There were four of us.We had our own jeep and followed Miquel. We were met at our hotel and started our trip. First stop was the tequila tasting. Did not know about the flavored tequila's. We purchased several bottles. We then made a few stops on the east side and stopped at Miami. The drinks, snacks and view were fabulous. After a few more stops we went to Punta Sur. The veach was gorgeous. The food was fantastic. While the others got in the water, I stayed in the restaurant area and had a good visit with Miguel. We enjoyed the trip very much and would definitely do it again. We would request Miguel as our guide.

Contacted [email protected] for van services and boat excursion for 4 peeps. Easy, reasonable and reduced stress! Our friends first snorkeling and had a blast with crew of 3 and best drinks and foods. Grouper cerviches we ever had and we've been coming 29 years. Two reefs and el cielo. The cookies were the bomb! Known rogelio for 28 years and happy to put our dollars in the locals and families hands! Would recommend this company for all especially if you want a customized Service! We'll be back for 30 in February 2022!

My husband and I visited Ix Kool for dinner. We had the Molcajetaeda sauce which was made right at our table. It was excellent. We tried a variety of main dishes which we shared. The employees were all very friendly and the prices were fair. Overall it was a great Mayan experience.

We booked a tour with Cozumel Activities, our driver was Hugo Mendez. It was easy to book the tour and we asked to see the Mayan Ruins at San Gervasio, try some chocolate tasting, and to visit a beach for some time there. Hugo met us at the cruise terminal – initially it was a bit confusing as there were so many people but we managed to find each other and get started on the tour. Hugo took us around some of San Miguel town initially and then to San Gervasio ruins. It costs about $8 each to visit, you pay $5 in the first entrance (which is the government fee) and then $3 in the next entrance (which goes to the tour companies). You can do the ruins on your own but as we had limited time, we hired an official guide for $20 to take us to the key sights and I felt this was worth it. The ruins are spread out over a wide area of jungle. Take insect repellent. You will also see iguanas and other wildlife. It was interesting but not as spectacular as Chichen Itza so be aware of that. After we left the ruins, we were taken to a tourist centre to try some chocolate, but there was also tequila, tacos, some info about the Mayan culture, how tequila is made and shopping. It was a bit touristy, lots of opportunity to spend money or give tips, but it was generally OK and we enjoyed the tequila tasting but limits on liquids when flying meant we couldn’t buy any. After this stop, we went to Buccanos Beach Club, which was $20 each for loungers/showers/beach/pool/restaurant and bar etc. It was reasonable and a nice beachfront but fairly busy. After this, we were driven back to the ship. Hugo is very friendly, professional, polite and drives carefully, he is obviously very proud of his Mayan heritage and his island. The bus was comfy and well equipped with a cooler of iced water which is a nice touch. Cozumel is a nice place to visit but be aware that tips are expected everywhere and tourism is a key industry here so it might feel a bit overwhelming if you’re not used to that. In summary we enjoyed our personalised tour and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cozumel Activities. Thankyou Hugo for a great day.

I tried to find the most special experience possible to treat 3 special friends from the US. 10 experiences was the perfect solution. This program surpassed all expectations. My guests were delighted with every moment of this experience. The food and drinks were beautifully prepared and presented. The accompanying visual presentation made me want to visit every state represented. I can't wait to go back and see the new program they are preparing. Everything about this experience from the greeting to receiving a video of the evening was way beyond my expectations and my guests think I am a rock star.

Best experience of a lifetime! Alberto, Juan and Gustavo were the best tour guides that provided the best hospitality! The fish were absolutely amazing, pictures don’t do this place justice! Will definitely be back to take other friends!
