The Netherlands National Military Museum tells the story of the Netherlands Army and Air Force over centuries. It's only a couple of years old and definitely on par with the some of the worlds best technological museums; e.g. the Smithsonian museums in Washington. Well worth more than one visit, suitable for all ages.

Ik ben hier ongeveer 35 a 40 jaar geleden geweest, toen zei ik tegen mijn man , nooit van mijn leven komt hier een paard van mij te staan. Nu dit is echt helemaal veranderd. Wat een zorg wordt er aan de dieren besteed. Ze staan er pico bello bij in royale boxen. Lekker in het stro, verschillende soorten hooi en voer. Echt super want ieder dier zeker als ze ouder worden hoort een aangepast dieet te krijgen. Dat wordt hier nu echt super gedaan.
Mijn petje af voor al de werknemers. Ze geven ook individiuele rondleidingen voor gezinnen en laten dan alles zien en leggen ook uit waarom ze dat doen., Echt heel leerzaam voor zowel de kinderen als de ouderen.
Ik zou zeggen als je ooit geld wilt doneren doe dat dan bij zulke instanties dan weet je echt waar het naar toe gaat. En plan je een schooluitje of iets voor je werk, ik zou zeggen ga eens hier naar toe. GEWELDIG

The mill is situated on the Eng. A beautiful open area in Soest. The mill is open and can be found working as tourist attraction. You can climb up the mill, buy local products. In the basement is a huge function room where frequently events are organized by different parties.

The farmhouse is a beautiful place to visit. Walk towards the end where you enjoy a great view over the meadows and see the church tower. It is one of the smaller attractions in Soest. Having said that, there are a couple of these and this is what Soest is about. Step back in time and waive the high expectations.

The landscape of the center of The Netherlands is very diverse with a wide range of natural beauty and perfect for an unforgettable adventure. In the wicker basket you experience the daily activities in and around the villages and cities from a unique perspective. You can enjoy the calm and wide open spaces of heather fields and dense Forests. There is a chance we might see deer at one of the forest’s edges or rivers. You will see the country like never before. Our balloon rides above the center of The Netherlands are planned daily. Depending on the weather, we decide to take off or not. Thermal conditions are a big issue for balloon rides. This is why we take off shortly after sunrise or about two hours before sunset. We welcome you at the start field where the pilot will explain everything about the ride you are about to experience. The complete program takes about three hours, of which we spend an hour in the sky. After the landing we share a toast to this unforgettable experience and take a moment to share our thoughts on the flight above this beautiful piece of the country. A beautiful memory which you can experience again and again every time you close your eyes!

we did not know about and it we found it by accident! Fantastic Region with many Trails, we missed our MTB, would be a great Thing to drive with the MTB in this area

Leuk om even binnen te kijken in deze biologische boerderij. Alles heel gemoedelijk. Er is een klein barretje voor koffie en koek, maar ze verkopen er ook biologisch vlees. Er is ook een winkeltje met wat kleding en spulletjes.

Whilst strolling along the canals, we heard some music so stopped to take a look.
We saw Reinier playing a number of instruments whilst circling in a small boat.
It was a great way to spend a few minutes and the music was excellent - if in Amsterdam, I recommend searching for Reinier for a fun few minutes of good music

This museum gives you information about local Soest. History and nostalgia go hand in hand. Enough artifacts will take you back in time. 1-2 hours is enough to see everything.

Leuk om een halve dag te vertoeven.
Veel militaire voer en vliegtuigen in de overdekte hangar en op het terrein.
Voor de kinderen een leuke stormbaan en speelterrein om te kunnen spelen.
Ook de mogelijkheid om diverse wandelingen te doen over het gehele terrein.
Echt een aanrader!
