This is the only winery that i have ever been to before in Japan. It was of little interest. The winery was small and there was little to see. They had wine tasting which was fun. But the wine was not good. Very sweet for my tasting. They did have some interesting fruit wines that i never tried before. But nothing here worth a foreign tourist to visit. Instead go to the sake town of Higashi Hiroshima.

I was very fortunate to visit Miyoshi quite a few times.
It is such a beautiful city.
People are so warm.
Okuda Genso paintings are awesome.
You can spend hours watching some of them.
The museum is located in such a location where there is natural beauty.
Miyoshi is a small city but it is a safe and peaceful city.
The best period to visit is summer spring and autumn
Winter is beautiful but it is very cold

Nice park, walking around ancient tombs and reproduction of traditional houses from 7th century. Teenagers where reluctant at first, but it was nice in the end as the weathers was not too hot on that day.

I love this place, it is so great.
You get tickets with your entrance fee and then you can pick what ever fruit is in season at the time. You pay for the fruits with the tickets, diffrent fruit cost diffrent amount of tickets. You have to remember that in Japan fruits are expensive, so be prepared that some of the fruits cost mire than you might expect. It is totally worth the visit and money :)

三次駅前ロータリーに沿った新しい建物内に位置していました。明るくキレイな建物で、観光案内所スペースにも入り易い雰囲気を醸し出していました。各種観光パンフレットが取り揃えられているのは他の観光案内所と同様でした。又、レンタサイクルの貸出も行われており便利でした。ただ、三次駅舎も建替えられており、駅舎と離れてしまっているのが残念な位置関係と言えます。
