At Home with Nahoko is a healthy,colorful,delicious and fully customizable culinary arts workshop. We are located in a friendly and welcoming private home in Kunitachi, about 35 minutes by Chuo JR line from Shinjyku,Tokyo. We never use chemical additive or prosessed food. All ingredients are organic or high quality and safety.

Massive Mature Sakura line this street (dori) from 90-Year-Old Hitotsubashi University (Daigaku) to the Southside of Kunitachi Station (Newly renovated) in a GLORIOUS Springtime Show! Every year we try to time the Sakura, as it is really one of Tokyo's Best Pleasures. Drive through, walk around the double-lined Boulevard, or spend all day-just a wonderful time. Should be early in 2021. Lots of nice shops, bookstores, cafes, great atmosphere. No Admission. No Festivals or Drinking Parties this year... Don't miss Kinokuniya International Supermarket- great selection of items from abroad but also Japanese things for souvenirs.

Organized by the Youth Division of Kunitachi City's Chamber of Commerce and Industry, "Tenka Ichi" is held annually on the days before and after Culture Day. Using the section of University Street that runs from Kunitachi Station to Hitotsubashi University as a venue, local businesses set up an array of booths. With specialty items and dishes from various local shops and eateries for sale at reasonable prices, the event attracts large crowds of visitors. There are also events geared toward kids such as a pony-riding corner, making it the perfect event to enjoy with the whole family. The Hitotsubashi Festival is also held during the same time period at Hitsotsubashi University.
