The 1st Floor has local items for sale, but the 2nd F is a Restaurant with Awesome Views of the Sea of Japan! "Tekkui" Bowl (Flounder) or Tekkui Tempura is their specialty, around ¥1000. We thought they were Delicious but I forgot to take a picture I was so amazed at the view. We don't see Nihon Kai very often. Plan to take some time to walk around the building, a very creative building, every angle highlights something different and one Michi-no-Eki you do NOT want to miss.
