Las Toscas is a short driving distance from Ezeiza airport and it offers more than seventy high-quality shops, six movie theatres, a slots casino and two food courts. There is also entertainment for kids and a Mc Donalds restaurant inside. It will really be worth your while.

This place is called "a medieval village" on the official site, but in fact it's a combination of houses and buildings of different styles, eclectic and astonishing. Androgue, but the main attraction is the tour of the markets and shops with Teresita, then cooking empanadas, followed by a fine 5 course meal of real Argentinian home cooking.
We had escabeche, empanadas (we made em!), a rustic bean stew, stuffed veal cutlets, and a wild dessert of soft cheese topped with candied cayote, and plenty of wine with discussion of the wine areas and wineries.
Getting there is actually pretty easy. Mini bus from BA to Androgue followed by a 5 block walk. Took us a little less than an hour each way.
These folks are the real deal! So friendly and open. I liked the opportunity to see how the real folks live, work, eat drink.
Highly recommended!

A pasos de la estación de trenes se encuentra la plaza principal de la localidad.
Es una plaza de buenas dimensiones, justo enfrente tiene a la iglesia y luego el Primer Monumento a la Bandera pero... ¡sin bandera!.

Abierta siempre, ofrece al transeunte un momento de paz si se anima a entrar, no es extraordinari pero una linda imagen de Nuestra Señora de la paz, corona el altar mayor. Siempre hay sacerdotes para escuchar confesiones

Lindo lugar para ir a pasar un buen rato al aire libre. Tiene juegos para los más chicos, para hacer gimnasia, jugar al fútbol. Más recomendando temprano, a la tarde comienza a llenarse.
