Bodega Budeguer

This winery was really upfront and fast to set up agendas. Mayra and Ney make this a very special place! They are very supportive and friendly. The wines are amazing and if we compare to grand wineries I can assure you that it won’t lack quality at all! Actually it is much more interesting to visit them than major brands that you can find all over the world!

We invite you to enjoy the “PIATTELLI EXPERIENCE”, at the true landscape of Mendoza. We offer the unique experience to learn from two of the most successful winemaking regions in Argentina: Agrelo in Mendoza and Cafayate in Salta.

We enjoyed a great tour of the winery and a tasting of some amazing bottles. What we liked most was the informative host - we could see how the wine is made from harvest to bottle and than taste the wines while the host explained the differences between various wines. The site was beautiful and the view was great!

This vineyard was the first of 3 that our guide took us to. A lovely small vineyard, with friendly staff who spoke English, this showed us the whole process from the growing vines to the bottling. Very educational for people like us who enjoy wine but don’t know much about the manufacturing process. A tutored tasting followed with one white, 3 reds and a sweet dessert wine. Delicious! We’d definitely recommend this tour to Huarpe / Riglos (their main brand names).

Catena Zapata

We are a family winery with over 100 years of experience growing Malbec in Mendoza. From father to son, brother to sister, we have passed on the tradition of tending vines and winemaking. Our mission is to make profound and unforgettable wines that reflect the special character of each vine within the family's historic vineyards.

My wife and I had absolutely amazing time visiting this winery. This was one of the best wineries we visited so far. We often purchase wines from this winery in Canada and Bodega Catena Zapata was on the top of our list to visit during our stay in Mendoza. We were part of the small group booked for wine tasting (8 people). Wine quality was amazing and we had a chance to taste Angelica Zapata Malbec which become our favourite wine. Highly recommended.

Pulenta Estate Winery

My boyfriend and I first had a bottle of Pulenta wine back in the UK and loved it so much we were determined to visit the winery and vineyard one day. The Pulenta team were thrilled to welcome us when we dropped them an email from Argentina. When we arrived we were in absolute awe at the beauty of the vineyards - so calm and peaceful with stunning views of the alps in the background. We had such a wonderful day. Our tour and tasting were fantastic but we were also really well looked after and treated with such kindness - we got stranded without a taxi and the team even made a cheeseboard for us alongside a few glasses of free (and delicious!) wine! My boyfriend and I were supposed to be travelling South America for 10 weeks but sadly due to coronavirus our trip has changed drastically, however visiting the winery was such a highlight for us and a beautiful memory that we can look back on, no matter what the future holds. It made our trip across the Atlantic worth it! Thank you again to Pulenta for such a special day! Highly, highly recommend!!

Bodega Bressia

Family Winery The concept of family winery has always been developed by the emblematic winemakers who achieved the great icons of history and who surprised the world by marking styles. All of them originated in small family wineries that took great care and pride in each of the stages of production, vinification and communication with the full conviction of offering the best that the family produces. These were the reasons that motivated us to develop the project with the small family winery, because our vocation for the development of emblematic wines is identified with this principle and the total conviction of achieving dedicated, exclusive and transcendent wines.

Our wine tasting with Juan stands out as the most fun and informative wine tasting we have ever done, and we are professionals! Juan's passion for wine, and unbridled enthusiasm for winemaking, made this experience one that was simply unforgettable. Kudos to Walter Bressia, and the entire staff, for delicious wine and great hospitality, so if you are planning a trip to Mendoza, Bodega Bressia must be on your list!
