Quite simply the most amazing experience ever. Totally recommend anyone visiting Crete to contact Stan and his team to arrange the quad bike tour. Very professional from the outset and although we couldn't book via PayPal, they were very trusting and generous in allowing us to partake the tour and pay at the end. Stan is absolutely hilarious - a fantastic tour guide with a superb flair for languages - he switched between English, French, Italian and Greek with ease. The tour itself was incredible. A true insight into Cretan history plus a glimpse of the old and the new. We were the first ZIMBABWEANS on this tour and Stan made us feel super special. The vehicles were in excellent condition and the tutorial prior to driving was comprehensive. An absolute must do for anyone coming to Crete. Thank you Stan and team for a wonderful experience.

I didn't actually do the diving as was too nervous but my partner did....maybe next time!
Was extremely professional with good tuition and instruction. Excellent value for money.
Had tuition in a group and then the group go out to shallow waters to practise breathing etc. from then on into the deeper dive with a one to one instructor with you at all times.
An enjoyable first experience, that has made my partner definitely want to dive again, and who knows maybe I will try not I have seen how professional and safe it is.

This was a lovely surprise after visiting Agia Pelagia beach which we thought was a bit of a dump. We were staying at the Athina Palace just round the headland - it’s about 20 mins walk from the hotel beach to Ligaria beach. Really worth going up the hill for the fabulous views.

We loved going to this bar where we spent most evenings drinking cocktails or ice cold beer, listening to the music and watching the world go by.
It was just opposite our hotel, Out of the Blue, so very convenient. The little snacks were always appreciated and the service was first class. You must visit this bar when you stay in Agia Pelagia, Elena is a fantastic host, the bar has fantastic service and a relaxing atmosphere! Definitely recommend! Mick and Suzanne

Psaromoura Beach

Reviewed By spriel - Toronto

This is another one of Ayia Pelagia's hidden bays that offers superb swimming. The waters are crystal clear. Beach shoes are advisable because the beach is pebbly. Also take care to stay within the safety markers. If you go beyond you must be a strong swimmer because you may encounter challenging under currents. Avoid the spot on weekends because it feels like all the locals come to this marvelous spot. Bring your own snacks because the makeshift hut is expensive and offers poor quality and service. Scenery is stunning.

It's a sand beach in a small bay. I like this beach when it has a little people. I do n't like when it has many people. Next to the beach there are restaurants, coffe shops, super market and souvenir shops.

We visited the shop and office in hersonisos twice in the last couple of days to source quality scuba/snorkelling masks since all of the local shops sell cheap items which either leak or you don't have the opportunity try the fit beforehand. Driver's centre crete enabled us to make intelligent decisions and have support from knowledgeable staff. Excellent experience, excellent prices too. We will taking our padi open water certificates (hopefully) next season :)

Renting a boat was one of our top priorities this holiday and Seahorse made it one of the most memorable experiences of the holiday!
First of all, they are far cheaper than their local competitors! Almost half the price! However you don't miss out on a single thing!
Their boats are nicer, the staff were far more friendly when we were booking and the whole experience was so much more enjoyable!
The staff all spoke very good English. We were given a training session on the boat. It was very easy to use. They even recommended us a big bay towards Heraklion that was calmer than the bay we were in, so we could enjoy the experience even more.
Cannot recommend Seahorse Rent a boat enough! If you want to rent a boat in Agia Pelagia, don't even think about going elsewhere!
