our kids(8 and 5) loved the stop. Milked a pretend cow, saw the robot milking machine the poop zamboni, they thought was funny. We were there in time for milking a few cows and pet a goat, donkey, pig, goats, sheep and turkey. They learned and loved it....plus finished the visit off with a tasty cinnamon bun! worth the stop right close to highway 1 and worth a stop in

We planned for a day in Abbotsford and started here. We went for brunch and enjoyed a delicious brunch - sweet and salty and huevos rancheros. I had the sweet and salty and it was sweet and salty and delicious and my friends ordered the huevos rancheros which they found full of flavour and just the right size for brunch. The server was funny and attentive. We went early and had a great table close to the fireplace. We will be back,

At Field House we have a mantra of “field to fist”, showcasing the best of the Fraser Valley in everything we do. With a focus on innovation and adventure our beers are uncommon takes on classic styles capturing the terroir of East Abbotsford in our both our drinkable ales and aged sours. There is a reason that droves of people come from Richmond and Vancouver to Abbotsfords Apple Barn. There is so much to do there. It's fun for all ages. Bring your camera and do a mini photoshoot. The food is amazing. Roasted corn, apple cider slushies, mini doughnuts, dried apple chips, pies and apple cider to take home are my families favorites. Dont forget your pumpkin and freshly picked (or u pick ) apples. My favorite is the Jonagolds but my family loves ten Honeycrisp apples the best .

Maan Farms Country Experience

From one small berry stand, Maan Farms has grown into a place with something for everyone, whether you want to sample the fresh berries, fruits and vegetables, enjoy the delicious ice cream and jam, make some new friends in the critter corral, get lost in the fall corn maze, enjoy a free wine tasting, whiz by on the zip-line or simply stop by for a visit in the family picnic area. But some things have not changed. Maan Farms still grows the juiciest red strawberries in the Fraser Valley, and we are always happy to greet everyone who stops by, whether they are a familiar face or a first time visitor. Fall attractions include daytime corn maze, pumpkin patch, free pumpkin carving station, haunted evening corn maze, & moonlit hay-wagon rides.

We went to Maan Family Farms today for the Sunflower festival. What an amazing family day we had! We expected to be there for an hour and ended up spending 4 hours there. We bought our tickets online, got our wristbands at the store and then walked over to the sunflower fields. We were so impressed by their set up. So many awesome photo ops, couches and tables and lights hanging, swings, pick up trucks and hanging picture frames. So well thought out. The sunflowers were gorgeous. There was even wine and charcuterie platters for sale in the field. The staff was so welcoming and polite. Then we went back to the store and saw someone eating some yummy looking butter chicken and decided to stay for dinner. They had chicken strips and fries or hot dogs for the kids, starwberry slushes, and butter chicken and samosas, among other things. Everything was delicious! The kids got some candy bags for the car ride home too. Then we explored the grounds with goats and chickens and bunnies roaming around. There was a giant bouncy pillow, a playground, tire mountain and slide and a great zip line. Our girls ages 6 & 9 did not want to leave. It was our first time and we will definitely be back!
