Escape Room Centre

An escape room is a 'race against the clock' team game for 2 to 6 players. Each escape room has a different scenario, you might be trying solve the mysteries of an Egyptian pyramid, investigating an MI6 spy, tracking down an urn of ashes or trying to defuse a bomb! You'll have 60 minutes find the clues, solve the puzzles, break the codes and escape. Teamwork is key, only by helping each other will you achieve your goal - can you do it?

Reviewed By kowbagz - Thornton Cleveleys, United Kingdom

Took my 13 year old for an escape room experience as we both like playing them on our phones. We chose the secret of the tomb room where we had to find an urn of ashes and place them in the correct resting place!! On arrival we were prepped on our mission and introduced to our guide, a lady called Shannon who was watching us from another room on a camera and available for clues if we needed them (we did!!) We escaped with 10 seconds to spare, the tension was real completing that last task to get the code to open the door!! Would definitely recommend the experience and we will definitely be going back to try another room soon!!

I went with my fiancee and two young girls aged (3 & 1) and we had a great time. Planning ahead we booked tickets online. A few weeks before going and this allowed us to buy meal tickets in advance as well and I would advise doing this as you can save quite a bit overall doing it this way. We all had a great time and enjoyed the sea lion show as well as the big cats and saw most of the animals across the zoo. The only bit being worked on was near the anteaters. We will definitely go again to catch all the shows and feeding.

Blackpool Tower Ballroom

Ornately decorated dance hall and theater is known for its Mighty Wurlitzer organ, which is played for dancing, concerts and special events during certain times of the year.

Reviewed By johnanddavid - Radlett, United Kingdom

The Blackpool Tower Ballroom remains one of the great jewels in Blackpool's crown. The moment you walk through those doors, you are transported back to what seems like a bygone age of grace and civility, in surroundings of slightly faded (part of its charm) beauty and glamour. There is a licenced bar and it is also a fantastic place to enjoy a cup of tea and a slice of delicious cake, whilst listening to the classic tunes played superbly on the magnificent Wurlitzer organ and watching the dancers 'take to the floor'. The Blackpool Tower Ballroom is just a lovely, majestic place to while away a couple of hours and to escape from the hurly-burly of everyday life.
