Its and amazing experience to visit M P Tribal Musium. I interacted with the batch of Manipur and Naga Tribes. Saw their Art, Dance and the way they mingle with common people. They are very loving in nature and were overwhelmed visiting Bhopal. Surely visit the Musium. The M P Government has created a platform for remotest tribes to showcase their talent. Excellent indeed!

We took an auto taxi($1) 1 km east from our Hotel Royal Court. Arriving at the quiet shaded West Tower just after 9 AM, we had little competition in storing our mobile phone, day bag with camera, and finally our shoes, receiving a receipt for each item. Next we proceeded through entry security, by gender, and then freely entered the West Tower tunnel into the 14 acre complex. Deciding to circumambulate clockwise, our first stop was the museum. After paying the foreigner fee, we entered the forest of carved pillars, viewing the many ancient preserved sculptures. Then we came to the wide center hall, focused on its lighted shrine with 2 long rows of huge sculpted pillars and brightly painted ceiling, a magnificent visual display, unmarred by the many butter lamps and confusion of the numerous pilgrims at similar sights inside the inner temple. Strolling that inner temple/shrine complex was enlightening, being blessed by the resident elephant,Parvati, and seeing her and a white bull, Nandi, march in procession accompanied by a band and large palanquin bearing a statue and carried by 20 strong men. After passing the tank with its golden lotus, and the super long queue for the free Darshan, we exited over hot stones to recollect our possessions at the still cool West Gate. Walking toward our next sight, we passed a growing line of pilgrims crowding the hot sunny South Gate.

A drive on Marine Drive in the evening affords great night vistas of Mumbai's skyline dotted with lights.. the walkway that adjoins the Sea makes for a pleasant walk and faces the Arabian Sea on one end and a line of Art Deco heritage buildings ( some in need of repair) on the opposite side... although a busy road, Marine Drive or the Queens necklace as it is referred to on account of its natural curve and string of pearl overhead lights is an integral icon of Mumbai.

Saptshringi nivasini mata is represented by a huge idol with 16 hands. Her Aura instantly attracts. We went there from Nasik on the way to Saputara. Road.is good. Ride to hill top is very smooth and approach road is excellent. There was huge rush and took us 2 hours even with the funicular. No social distancing in the Corona times, even though they insist on mask. Funicular is really a well maintained a well operated boon for the devotees. Its not a Rodeway but railway i think. I was carrying my mother who is 72 year old and physically frail.There is an arrangement for wheel chair along with escort for senior citizen with extra cost of INR100, which makes Darshan quite easy for them. Funicular rate is now INR 100 PP.

Very unique distinctive type of architecture. 2. Neat & clean temple premises 3. Free parking at three locations: a) Next to temple b) On the side of road from temple to main road c) At the main road junction 4. Canteen facility providing simple veg food. 5. Agrashala: Very affordable accommodation facility for pilgrims & devotees from GSB community only. 6. Feet water wash system 7. Free footwear stand 8. Washroom facility opposite the parking area beside temple 9. There are food stalls, flowers garland stall, clothes shop, souvenir stalls, hotel on route from main road to temple. It 250 meter distance approx. 10. Spacious temple surroundings C) Mangeshi Temple: Wikipedia, trust & other websites provides excellent religious & historical information on this temple. Please read it on google search by typing Mangeshi Temple Goa. Temple is open from 6 am to 10 pm. This temple houses the kuldaivat (family deity) of GSB community. Temple belongs to Bhagwan Manguesh (Linga) an incarnation of Lord Shiva. There are shrines of Goddess Parvati & God Ganesha as well as shrines of many more deities in the temple & temple premises. D) The Other Notable Things Are: 1. Multistory Deepstambha (Lamp Tower) 2. Chandelier inside the main hall of temple 3. A water tank, the gate of it was closed during our visit 4. Agrashala accommodation facility on left side, rear side & right side of temple 5. One is not allowed to take darshan from very near inside the temple E) Photos: Photos inside main temple are totally prohibited. Visitors are allowed to take photos outside temple. I have attached photos with easy to understand tag & description system. Have a look at the photos to get the feel of those things in the photo. This is the biggest & famous landmark temple of Goa so it should be visited.
