Denmark (/ˈdɛnmɑːrk/ ( listen); Danish: Danmark, pronounced [ˈdanmɑɡ] ( listen)), officially the Kingdom of Denmark, is a Nordic country and a sovereign state. The southernmost of the Scandinavian nations, it is south-west of Sweden and south of Norway, and bordered to the south by Germany. The Kingdom of Denmark also comprises two autonomous constituent countries in the North Atlantic Ocean: the Faroe Islands and Greenland. We had eaten upstairs in Pepper and Salt (fabulous) so I went back to buy the wine we had with lunch. Nice ambience and although it was quite busy the girl on duty was attentive and even though I knew what I wanted she persuaded me to try some other wines - and in a particular order. Really impressive. Thank you.

Soo glad we found this place! What a gem! After sampling a few wineries it was a nice change to taste cider- and real cider not your usual Sommersby or Rekordalig. The owner took us through a tasting and has a profound knowledge of cider. Loved the Scrumpy, Hemp Fizz and his wife’s lovely Thai chilli sauce! You won’t be disappointed!

We had a private wine tasting with Justine and it was absolutely incredible! The whole experience was one to remember. The table set-up was beautiful, wines were incredible and Justine was so lovely. We will definitely be back and telling everyone about this experience.

We were met at the door and shown to a table and given our tasting glasses and water. We had two lovely, knowledgeable ladies go through a list of their wines and we got to taste every one of them and a couple,e of special ones that weren't on the list too! They were all so good. The winery was on a hillside with beautiful gardens and a small lake, such a lovely setting. If they had served food we probably would have stayed all afternoon! We were told they suggest you take a picnic with you..next time we will???? would not hesitate to recommend this place...just lovely.
