A brilliant night! I had a great time. Very enjoyable, entertaining and relaxing. I was greeted by a charming host who gave me all the information that I needed for my evening, took my temperature and told me how they were going to keep us all safe! I was very impressed by his introduction. I was shown to a seat by a lovely young man, and another host took a drink order which was bought to me at my table. I didn’t need to move at all and was well taken care of. The performers interacted really well with all of the audience members and the magic was funny, interesting, and spectacular! Such a great night, well planned and thought out, and highly recommended! Thank you!

The Ginstitute

The Ginstitute provides a unique and unrivalled opportunity to better understand the true spirit of London. Patrons begin their spirituous journey in the UK's second smallest museum - The Ginstitute. Our Gin Instructor will take you through the long and frequently miserable, history of gin. From the drink's origin as a medicine, through the gin craze that gripped Britain for 200 years and onto the Golden Era of gin as a cocktail ingredient and finally how gin has taken it's position in the modern world. Once the History lesson is over, it's time to head upstairs to The Still Room, where Ginterns will test their senses with a tutored tasting and nosing of the key botanical ingredients of London Dry Gin, ready to create their own bespoke one-of-a-kind, unique and hopefully delicious gin. To mark their graduation, students will be presented with a full-size bottle of their own personal blend, the recipe for which will be kept on file for you to reorder as often as you need! Sessions need to be booked in advance.

As a founding member of the distillery, I had been invited for a tour and tasting with a few of my friends. We spent three fantastic hours at the distillery. First we were offered a welcome cocktail with one of the distillery's whiskies, and then we were shown around the small but very well organised production, where everything is done under one roof. We saw the direct-fired pot stills, tasted some new make running out of them, had a look at the blender's corner, and explored the warehouse. Our guide Lucas told us everything about the distillery and the process of making their whisky. During the tasting session we were offered a few samples (new make, virgin oak, re-charred, bourbon, sherry, port and even a dram straight from their experimental Laphroaig cask) and found them quite outstanding for such an early age. We believe in great future of this distillery and will look forward to their oncoming releases. Well done, guys!

We had the best time with Footballescapes and some amazing memories were made - the overall organization of the football camp was the best we have ever been involved with - every coach involved start struck our children and they never failed to disappoint ! It was the sheer excitement teaching the children new tricks and just generally having fun - every kid was equally involved and did not matter on ability which I thought was fantastic- it was the really about the taking part that mattered the most - since then my children have both kept on asking to go on the next footballescapes event and so we have now booked!! We can’t thank Footballescapes enough for such an amazing time - thank you so so much Jason and Teri Thorne - parents of Colby and TyTy
