I've frequented Project Artisan since it opened, and today took a girlfriend whom I knew would appreciate the healthy aspect of their offering. Whilst she enjoyed her small salad and 4 prawns, the price didn't meet with her expectations. Personally, I have enjoyed their home smoked ribs for years, but sent back my plate today, as they were burnt tasteless and sauceless at the same time. Once once were french fries, are now tempura yam fries served cold. The whole experience was not as expected; perhaps as they say, 'you can't go home.'Project Artisan is a beautiful space, with food to feed the vegan yoga house-frau. Whilst not my cup of tea, I'm sure there are countless others that will love there concept.Dear MTACCHI;There is no excuse for us to serve food burned nor cold and my most sincere apologies for this.That day our restaurant manager brought your case to my attention & I asked her to do best she could to make you leave happy. In the process we found out that our new junior cook mistakenly used pasta sauce instead of BBQ sauce, hence the rib taste was definitely different than it should be.We have never had typical french fries on our menu and the closest to it we serve fried potato wedges or tampura fries which were served to you. I talked to our team to make sure they repeat the order & explain the difference.Fully understand that comping your meal that day does not make up for the poor experience & disappointment. However, from the sound of it you have been many times well looked after by our team @Project Artisan and hope that one time human error will not define your view or put a certain label on our restaurant & bar.As our ribs are one of my favorite dishes too and I have had them few times after. They are back to what they used to be. Please let me know when you are coming back next time & happy to meet you in person and make sure the above experience was "one off " as opposed to "Project Artisan is no longer what it used to be."thank youMartin

Loved this place! We stayed in a nearby resort and went here for lunch every day. The staff were very friendly and their customer service was excellent (particularly the female staff member). They looked after us very well with complimentary wine and desserts after us visiting fir a couple of days. It has a super location right in the beach so kids could swim away while myself and my wife enjoyed a glass of wine. Definitely recommend!!It's grateful to see such response after serving our guest. Thanks a lot. We r always trying our best to make time and holidays enjoyable at our place of our valuable guests. Thanks indeed, looking forward to see u again at Golden fish restaurant and bar.

We didn't have a reservation but the service staff were pleasant and found us a table. They were honest and told us they were busy and we may need to wait slightly longer for our food. As it was raining, we decided to wait, and we weren't disappointed by the food. It was well worth the wait. Nice casual ambiance, clean and friendly staff really made it a great dinner choice, a stones throw away from our hotel.

I called again to have Brunch in their new restaurant extension that is very tastefully done. Nice decor and A/c if needed. New menu. Lovely full ground coffee. I had full English Breakfast that was excellent. Super friendly waitress with a lovely smile. A very enjoyable experience once again ....

We had the 3-4 person tasting menu and the black cod as an extra dish. We also ordered a fried rice and a carbonara dish for the kids. Everything was excellent, the presentation was fantastic, food was tasty, well cooked and generous proportions. Staff were helpful and very friendly with our 2 boys and provided plastic plates and cutlery for them. I would highly recommend that anyone visiting Phuket visit this restaurant, it was fantastic and can cater for families, large groups, couples on a romantic night out, everyone really! Do yourself a favour and go.

I thought the food was nice traditional and really quite good. The soups were great and the pad Thai. I did NOT like that they are still using plastic straws. Please stop polluting your own country with single use plastics, the tourists donât want that.Anyways, food generally quite good and inexpensive:)

From initial contact (with Lemon) the whole experience was brilliant. We had originally wanted to do 8pm but Lemon suggested that we would miss the sunset and 6pm would be better. How right she was. We decided to hire a skipper (Lim) for the trip - wise move. Not only did Lim navigate to the perfect spot to view the sunset but he also expertly cooked our BBQ meal. We chose one Thai and one classic - you have one choice per person. Lim navigated us back in the dark - something weâd probably not have been capable of given the wine consumption and no sat nav - I canât find my way round our local city without it... There is Bluetooth speaker to use your phone and play your favourite music as you go. All in all thoroughly recommend as a âdifferentâ fun experience that made for a most memorable birthday treat.

We have been staying in Anantara Layan for 8 days. On the first night we ate at Dee Plee and it was absolutely excellent.The location is overwhelming with a beautiful view of the beach, the staff is extraordinary professionel, kind and courteous.They explained every dish they had and even gave every guest an origional thai starter for free.We never ate such an authentic thai food in such a beautiful Atmosphere.It is worth the price.We can highly recommend this place!Dear Leckermaulchen,Thank you so much for your great review. I came here for lunch. It was about a 20 minute slow walk from the Dusit Laguna.They had a great selection of lunch specials. My dish was 110 bhat with top up for egg and vegetables.I had the thai fried rice and it was amazing!Staff were great. There were a few mosquitos. And as soon as i sat down they lit a mosquito coil. It was nice to relax and enjoy my lunch.Nice rustic setting on the main street.I would love to come back!
