We booked our transfer from Santiago airport to our hotel before we left Australia and the communication was excellent. As a result, when we arrived at the airport we knew exactly where we would be met and our marvellous drive, Santiago, was waiting for us. His car was very comfortable and clean and he was an excellent driver. We had also booked a car to take us from Santiago to the port of San Antonio a couple of days later and we were delighted that we once again had Santiago to take us there. It's a couple of hours' drive, but it was very comfortable and Santiago was just so friendly and informative. We could not recommend Transfer Chile Tours highly enough. Some of our fellow passengers were saying how expensive their transfers to the port were, and others were saying that their transfers didn't even turn up. So we were very happy with both the service and the price that we had received.

Miguel Hott is a wonderful guide and we thoroughly enjoyed our day with him. After a few emails before and during our South America/Antarctica Cruise last month (February 2020), Miguel met us on time at the Puerto Montt cruise terminal for the start of our 6 hour tour of Frutillar, Llanquihue, and Puerto Varas. Miguel is fluent in English and we learned so much about Chile, the region, agriculture, daily life, recent changes in the area, and he was willing to answer every question and discuss any topic during our drive. He is very experienced and it is clear he loves to meet people from all over the world and be able to share his beautiful country with others. We were very fortunate to visit on a day with perfect weather—we had a number of stops during the day and the view of the Osorno Volcano and Calbuco Volcano across Lago Llanquihue became increasingly more beautiful and impressive as the day progressed. Our day with Miguel was a nice balance of time together and also time for us to explore (including the German Colonial Museum in Frutillar), shop, take photos, eat on our own. We highly recommend Miguel and would contact him again if we plan another trip to Chile, as he does other tours in the region.
