For those want to discover Lake St Clair and enjoy the outdoors there is no better way to get closer than at Urban Surf. We offer Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Board, Boat, Canoe, and Kayak Rentals, Custom Event Hosting, Marina Services, Teen Summer Camp, Smoothie Bar, and a variety of group land and water classes, including sunset paddles, boat cruises, and fitness classes. WHO WE ARE: We (Chris Mingay & Danielle Chevalier) opened Urban Surf in spring 2013 to share our love for Paddle Boarding, Fitness, Healthy Smoothies, and Lake St. Clair. We Eat, Sleep, and Breath our business and feel it represents who we are. Come visit us at Urban Surf where the vacation never ends! Timmins Wake Park

The Timmins Wake Park is Northern Ontario's first wake park located in the heart of the city at the Gillies Lake Conservation Area on the lake’s southeast corner along Highway 655. This state of the art recreational facility features the revolutionary System 2.0; an electric cable-ski system that pulls the rider across the lake and replaces the need for a motorized boat.

Surf the Greats

We provide standup paddleboarding lessons and tours of Toronto harbour, islands, and beaches. We are also the only surf school certified by the International Surfing Association offering visitors and city dwellers regular surf lessons on the Great Lakes. When there's no waves and the conditions aren't ideal for SUPing, we offer regular yoga classes and workshops at our shop in Leslieville. At our surf shop you will find the finest threads and products carefully curated for our community in Toronto. We carry a large selection of custom surfboards, paddleboards, and wetsuits to get you out on the water on the Great Lakes and beyond. At the espresso bar, some of the best independently roasted beans, smoothies, and açaí bowls.

SUPsurf provides Stand Up Paddleboard lessons and SUP Rentals in the Toronto Beaches and Downtown Toronto. Our accredited instructors make it safe, easy to learn & so much fun! Most beginners are comfortable after just 1 lesson. SUP (stand up paddle boarding) is a great social outing for organized groups, families or friends. But don't worry if you're by yourself - you can always join one of our groups. Book in advance to take a SUP tour of the scenic Toronto Islands or to go exploring Toronto rivers on paddle boards.
